Scam do not recommend. No way of unsubscribing
Used them for a document. Cost was advertised at £0.50. Did not sign up to any subscription, now they keep trying to charge me £39.90. Their website simply doesn't work and there is way to sign in to cancel membership as I never signed up. Would not recommend, seems like a scam where they hope of you not noticing the monthly £39.90 charge on bank statement.

Absoloutely shocking
Absoloutely shocking. I tried this via ANOTHER website to try and get a passport photo. It charged me a one off charge for the photo - not once was a subscription mentioned.
A few days later, £39.90 has come out of my account. It took a long time to figure out where from. I've never heard of this website nor do I have an account with them!

PDF Pro is a scam
PDF Pro is a scam. Take the time to read all the fine print. They will take your money without asking and hide behind the fine print. I sure they have it in the writing but know they are just trying to trick you. It is not a honest approach to a product (you get what you want and pay for) Do not trust them. Worried about making money and catching people with the fine print. They got me don't let it happen to you. Do business somewhere else.

I needed SSP went through NHS web and was asked to pay 0.50p for the download. Which I have paid. Byt today I been charged £39.90 and received an email stating i have been signed up to their monthly subscription! Which I absolutely did not agree to! There was nothing stated of any of these sorts. When I called for a refund they have refused and continued stating all info has been clearly stated on their page, which I disnt even go on their page, I went through NHS! They don't even have a proper website, or at least it's not to be found via normal search. It does not appear to be legitimate company and is working their profits on scaming people. These companies need to be reported to finacial Ombudsman, absolutely disgraceful! Company house states the company has been only registered this year June, yet they claim to be operating for longer than that. Also it states that it will charge person after 48h if not cancel yet they charged me after 24h!

Disgusting excuse of a company
Disgusting excuse of a company. DO NOT USE. Scam you into a £40 a month subscription (wasn’t aware of this) that you cannot cancel (even if i did know about the subscription), because your logins won’t work at all. I used the app to get a SSP form which is what I thought the 50p was for. All of a sudden today I have been charged £40 from my account which I need desperately as I’m unwell and can’t work. I hope the company will sort this out.

Just a SCAM website
It is right just a SCAM web site which is :
1) promoting the purchase of a service at a very low price (0.50 € for the assembly of some PDF files)
1) insidiously uses your data to create an account
2) After 48 hours, a charge of €39.90 is made ... which becomes monthly, i.e. the astronomical sum of €478,801 per year!
3) Your account is NOT accesible in order to quickly unsubscribe or use additional services
4) In order to unsibscribe once must use the "unsubscribe" entry at the very end of the main page.
Everything is written but the deceived user does not pay attention because there is NO explicit request for the subscription to this subscription. This is done implicitly (when you check the "terms of sale" box ... which no one ever reads)
The evaluation SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ONE STAR BUT ZERO.

Disgusting scam of a "company"
Horrible scam of a "company". You need 1 damn form of which is .50, then it subscribes you to a monthly membership of 39.90 if you don't cancel in 48 hrs. It's not clear to most people that you're even subscribing to anything. They have a termination button that does nothing so you can't cancel it even if you want to. I tried several times! They have a fake number to reach them and a contact form that they don't respond to. I had to cancel my card in order to stop this crap. $80 they got pur of me for 1 form.

Scammed into costly subscription
I bought a document from pdf pro for 50p. The document wasn’t what I expected but it was fine only 50p. I got lots of confirmation emails and I found that a bit odd. So I logged into my account to try find anything suggesting a subscription but couldn’t so thought all was good.Anyway today £40 for a subscription was taken out of my account. I do not need pdf pro and I’m a student I do not have that sort of money and am very upset. I feel like I have been scammed. When I reread my emails it said in the fine print about the subscription but no where else I just thought I was buying a document. I phoned customer service and they won’t refund me even though I do not need pdf pro. Genuinely so upset as maybe it is my own fault but I really do not have £40 that’s my food money. All I want is my £40 back feels like a complete waste as I have no use for the website, any legitimate/valuing customer service company would issue me a refund as it was a genuine mistake.

Accidentally subscribed
Accidentally subscribed, thinking I was paying 50p for a 2 page doc, then they try to take £39.90 off me. I can’t cancel my account/subscription as when I click the links to their website from the emails they sent the site looks really dodgy and I can’t even see where/how to use the login details sent to me and the contact page doesn’t do anything.
