I love the product! Easy to use and versatile. My issue comes with the billing. I was not told until AFTER I had done my work that I would be billed for a "free pdf editor". I did like the control... See more

Company is a complete scam, do not give them your money. Support is non existent and never replies. I just wanted to download a pdf I edited and it asked me to pay for a membership (also said money back guarantee which support completely ghosted). And when I paid for that membership, it told me I still had to pay to download it and it made me buy and even higher membership that STILL would not let me download the pdf. It also charged my card for a whole year of the subscription over a month later after I had already cancelled. Their support completely ignored my issue and did not respond, and I had to go through my bank to get a refund. This company is a scam DO NOT give them your money.

Charged a hidden $50/month with no easy way to cancel or refund. Been charged for 3 months until I finally noticed.

Fast, cost efficient and super easy to use. I've just used it for today, and, I really like it !

Fast and easy - only complaint is you advertise site as free then charge to download - very sneaky and a bit unethical.

Be careful of these people. I wanted to edit a single PDF document which I paid $1 for and thought this was reasonable. What I didn't realise is that they surreptitiously signed me up for a US$50 monthly subscription.
So US$51 to edit a single document

They are a SCAM. They tell you you can use it for a few days for a pittance, but then turn around and automatically bill you for a subscription at $50!
Stay Away!
Easy to use and good way to have documents signed and sealed on the go.

My experience was very pleasant. It is very easy to use. Being that I am not text savvy, the instructions and help that was provided made me feel like a pro.

They start charging you a monthly fee of $50 when you purchase one thing. They never send you email receipts because they want to remain undetected so they can keep charging your credit card as long as possible. Then they don’t offer a phone number they just have you contact support via message system. This is so scamming and so conniving, I will never do business with these little weasels again
