Keeps crashing, no response from support
Program worked fine for a few months, but keeps on crashing on every instance of adding or editing files. I reached out to their support but received no reply.

The online functionality of the webpage is really user-friendly! The processing speed is very fast, and the interface is very simple, without annoying advertisements! The most important thing is that there is no limit on the number of uses per day!
This software works only for very basic editing, with many of the supposed included features simply not working. The OCR and conversion is awful. In fact, I have to go to their website and try to do the conversion online because the app itself doesn't do it. Moreover, there's ZERO support, even for paid users. I've contacted support NUMEROUS times and haven't gotten so much as a confirmation of my inquiry. If you're going to pay for a pdf editor, I recommend paying for a better one.
