1. I edited my PDF file, but every time I clicked on download, it downloaded only the original, unedited version. I never got access to the edited version.
2. 1 week later it billed me for USD 39,99, good thing I noticed the payment and disputed it.

Ordered a report and due to a "glitch" in their system a report wasn't generated. Charged me $1.99 and $9.99 and received multiple emails stating it was being handled and since 3/27 nothing has been done. Do not use, purchase a report through bumper or been verified
It allowed me to quickly convert a PDF into Excel so I could edit it normally.

We receive a lot of PDFs which are scanned letter which we then need to convert to an editable word file. Barely any tools on the market does this well, we are so happy to find PDFBuddy which is able to do this perfectly. We save so much time now I have already recommended this to my colleagues and would recommend to anyone else having the same issue as me!
