First of, we do not own the files -- you do, absolutely. We just store them in a cloud, and what's inside your account? we do not see/have access to that at all.
And you most definitely can download all your documents and templates, many times and in several formats.
Choose a document you need, then tap on three dots to the right of this document. In the dropdown, you will see two options -- Download and Save As.
If you need just a PDF, please select Download. It will be instantly downloaded to your computer.
If you would like to have a different format, then choose Save As. You will be able to choose between Word, Excel, PowerPoint slide or image extensions.
Please note that if you choose PDF as the final version format, it won't be fillable if you open it in a PDF viewer.
Word/Excel/PowerPoint options would be still editable though.

Fine service except for a printing concern
I only had some difficulty with printing the return once I finished making entries. The program when I executed the print command. I needed to close the tab I prepared the return in, and reopen PDFFiller.
Otherwise, I found your service to be very good. It's a good alternative to tax software that costs quite a bit more.
