Good service and very helpful support team
The website works well and is easy to use. I contacted support regarding my subscription, and the team was extremely helpful and resolved my issue immediately. The only downside is that the font size for the terms and conditions on mobile is very small and hard to read, which can be misleading. Apart from that, a great experience.

It's a legal scam
I use google chrome, I don't know if that is bad but it made this website almost useless. (converting worked 10% of the time. Also they make you think your just signing up for 7 days for a small fee but you're actually subscribed after dat billing you 39 euro's a month, that's bad. Trusted by 400,000+ online and all the 5 star reviews on the website, but nowhere to leave a review.

This website used misleading billing…
This website used misleading billing practices in my case. I made an initial payment of 7 AED, and days later they charged 144 AED automatically. That much larger charge was not clearly and visibly disclosed in a way that any user would reasonably understand.
What made this even worse is that when I complained, they first tried to refund only 50% of the money. I had to insist repeatedly and make it clear that I was escalating the case through my bank and payment network before they finally returned 100% of my money.
In my opinion, this is a very serious and unacceptable way to bill customers. A company should not take an initial small payment, then later deduct 144 AED automatically, and then try to keep half of it unless the customer pushes harder. I do not recommend this website at all, and I strongly advise others not to enter their card details here.
