The service works perfectly, you can buy for every single purchase.
The only issue is the annoying semi-hidden subscription that they try to sell you in payment process.
However, the support team was very kind and helpful to fix this problem. I would buy again their service, but i would like a little more of transparency.

Great customer service and support. I had an issue with a payment and refund, but the team responded promptly, cancelled my subscription, and processed the refund. Although the refund took a little longer than expected to reach my account, the matter was eventually resolved successfully. Thank you for your assistance!

I wanted the transcription of a text in a song.
Result received : 4 words in the entire song. I paid 0,99 € for this. Not happy at all.

After contacting the customer service, refund received the same day as well as the cancellation of the subscription I didn't ask for. A real luck I have noticed it on time.

These guys were great. Not only does the service and website handle whatever you could possibly want fast, when I cancelled by emailing them, I received a confirmation of my cancellation in a matter of minutes.
I will definitely keep Pdfpaw in mind for the future!

I used their service, signing up for 1x for $.99. It was fine. However, when I got my next credit card bill, there were 2 charges, 3 weeks apart, for $39.99 each! There was no phone # available so I had to text with PDF Paw. They refunded 1 of the charges, but would not refund the other--even though I didn't authorize it. Quite frustrating. I will never do business with them again, and advise others to be very careful.
