The product/service in itself is very reliable and well-done. However, a subscription list should be readily available on the website and users should be made aware that they are subscribing from the first payment. Fine-print in an email and random cash withdrawals from your account is not very comforting especially in a foreign country with a weaker currency than the dollar.

Service, Lisa answered in few minutes when I was worried about my documents. documents were deleted.

The site was easy to navigate and the support staff were friendly and answered me right away.

It was great to be able to convert a pdf to power point easily.
The only thing is i only wanted it for that day, so the debit order that came off shocked me.
Still waiting for the refund.

Very Easy to use

I had an issue with an unexpected subscription renewal, but Lisa from customer support was very helpful. She responded quickly, cancelled my subscription, and issued a refund for the latest charge. The whole process was handled smoothly and politely.

I do wish the trial renewal terms were clearer, but the customer service itself was excellent.

I used the denoiser tool they have, and out of all the ones I used online it was by far the best. When cancelling, the customer support was also super helpful.

Very quick and good service

I made a one time only payment, but I didn´t notice that afther a few days it will be charge for full subscription. I cancel the suscription and requested a refund. I contact customer service explained my situation and they agree on givening me the refund.
Thanks ones again for been honest and assit me on my issue.
Do to this I will definetly will use there services in the near future and recommend them because they work in a very professinal way.

I had the need to contact the customer support team as I had purchased a one off cheap trial and had missed that there was a monthly subscription that attached itself to my purchase at check out. As soon as I realised that additional money had been taken from my card a few days after my initial purchase I contacted the team via their chat. In less than half an hour they got back to me, apologised and confirmed that I had both managed to successfully cancel my 'subscription' and also had organised for the additional $$ to be refunded to my card. While I can't comment on the product itself, their customer service team are outstanding!
