I'd give zero stars if possible. Software is poor quality and barely works as intended. Re-billed $104.00 and when attempting to call the company it gives an automated message saying the call center is closed and hangs up, no matter the time of day. Beware of the scam!

misleading marketing. you pay fir license and then have to pay and download access on your own machine. I just completed a renewal for $37.95 and and additional fee to access it which is not explained at purchase. An additional $9.95 to access. $12.95 for templates I refused at point of purchase added on anyway. Beware. I have used this package for 1 year and it very basic with nothing extra. Skip and buy Adobe. My purchase ID is UQM9DG5G on 12/12/25 @ 9:57 a.m. EST for authenticity purposes.

Like a number of others I have not purchased this product but have had an annual fee deducted. Cannot trust them. A refund of $NZ 121.06 required.

this company fraud, i never purchase anything like pdf and charge appear in my bank £69.95.
no linnk is working even customer service on website, no phone contact there. no help line,
they know they are fraud thats why on main screen the given message track your order, enter last digit for card number, email etc. no live customer service its just show off no link is working. becarefull contact your bank report them so that they can be block permanenlty from your bank....must name and shame them on all plate form so they can dodge innconent people by buying there data or stealing the people data and make unnlawful purchases...

They charged my card for a renewal 3 years after we deleted all connections to them. They make themselves appear that they are Adobe and they are NOT.

Never able to use this. Dreadful company and trying to resolve anything leads to going round in various directions. This "company" clearly doesnt provide a good product or any means of reasonable customer service. AVOID others about

I downloaded it partially. Then refused to fork over the money. Then I was deluged for weeks with pop-ups to finish buying PDF Suite. Then I tried to uninstall it--and could not. You can only do that through PDF Suite. And then they retaliate with more upsell for security software, which I refused. More deluges of pop-ups for that. (Macafee) then I refused that and tried to uninstall it. THEN all kinds of things started going wrong with my computer ... like not being able to save things to my desktop. And my access to Google Drive has disappeared...can no longer save things to there. I think the developers are really malicious. Don't go anywhere near PDF Suite!

I canceled my subscription within a week after purchasing it because of incessant popups and inability to use it. A year later they charge my credit card. I have never used the software. A refund is in order.
