Good service for the task they charge, £0.50 then 24 later they charge you £49.50. No email no notification that you are in a subscription. close your account before the 24hr period or shortly after and block the merchant with you Bank to prevent any payments leaving.

Read carefully the service terms
Be very careful if you want to use this service. It’s announced as a free online app but it’s never free. Also if you use it anyway they charge a 0,5€ fee but without any further data acquisition and before the 24hrs they announce, they charge a full subscription. So if you use the service, go immediately to your account - even they never say you have already created one - and go to unsubscribe to avoid further non desired charges.
Edit 1st of August: after my claim, they refunded the subscription charge as it was done before 24hrs period they announced. The editor works fine but I still believe they should announce you created an account and verify you are ok with this. Anyway I change my initial rate as finally they acted right in my case.

I see that I'm not the only one that get scammed by this... I'm sure that they advertise £0.5 to convert a document just to get you bank details and charge your card after.

Scam company
The company is a scam, The charged me £0.50 to edit the file and then after 24 hrs charged me £49.70. I didn't signed up for anything. They just scammed me. Sent email to them and the scammer refused to refund the money within short period of money being taken out saying I did subscribed the software. later confirmed to me that the subscription has been cancelled but still didn't refund any money although I didn't used any service. Its a disgrace then in 2024 we have scammer like this company.
