Test answers!
I enjoyed learning the study material. Really great customer service no problems with that, but the problem that I had is, I had took the test and got some answers wrong. I compared my answers to the correct responses and they were right when the test said it was wrong.

Just say no to email correspondence
I decided to do the booklet and email in my answer sheet. I emailed it multiple times and the only follow-up I received is that they needed me to send it again. I ultimately took the course online, that was simple I would not recommend going the old-fashioned way.

I didn't receive the books I paid for…
I didn't receive the books I paid for in my course selection and I emailed them and never got a response! Twice I emailed them.... first time I reached out I needed help on a math section and the second was about my book. I'm going to end up taking my exam woth out even being able to look at a book I paid for... how nice
