Highly recommended if you want effort tied to results
In January I signed up for PD Mangan’s coaching after several years of following him on Twitter. A relative’s recent passing brought my health to the forefront of my mind. At 44 years old, 237 lbs and a lifetime of being overweight, I knew I needed help. The program helped me understand why the things I’ve tried for years had little to no lasting impact. I learned how to eat food I love and work out efficiently. Very quickly, it was easy to see my efforts tied to results. In 16 weeks I lost 50 lbs. I wasn’t hungry and I worked out 45 minutes per week or less. Since finishing the program I’ve lost another 4 lbs and my body composition has drastically changed. I’d recommend this program to anyone who wants to get serious about their health.
Sustainable changes and results
The main thing for me that set this program apart is that it focuses on integrating a few key principals into your lifestyle that are sustainable over the long term. Significant changes like crash diets or exercising 5-6 times a week can be difficult to sustain. That’s not what this is. The level of support on this program is also comprehensive; 3 formal coaching sessions with P.D to kickoff and then to maintain accountability (another key) and monitor progress. You can also ask questions anytime on chat via the app and the responses are swift. Lastly, there is a mountain of content to reinforce the principals that are being integrated. It’s now been 6 months since I started the program and I have had no issue sustaining the changes and results. I’ll admit I was a hesitant to enroll in the program due to the cost, but after completing it my only regret is that I didn’t not enroll sooner.
Best life improvement I got within years
After months of navigating the complex world of resolving several health related issues without traditional "get the pill and forget" approach, I decided to join the program with P.D. Mangan. 3 month down the road I can't be happier I did.
My goals were somewhat different from perhaps many others - not just "lose xx kg" or "look healthy" but to absorb a knowledge system which will give a latticework of lifestyle for reasonably long life, full of energy and enjoyable work.
And we absolutely did it. P.D.Mangan was not intrusive yet frequently checking on progress and patiently elaborating questions and concerns along the way. He also shared his knowledge which answered 90% arising during transformation.
For those who are unsure - it ain't cheap but hey - it brings results. I was not sure myself (giving amount of "coaches" out there repackaging same things into fancy boxes and selling at premium) but glad I eventually did. Important disclaimer here is that YOU are the one actually doing the hard work, so basic discipline and willpower to change harmful (yet pleasurable) habits is absolutely necessary.
During the course I shed off 16kg (and going on), got rid of fatigue handicapping me last year, and generally feel myself much better.

Great experience/results with PD Mangan
I’ve been working out consistently for the last 30 years as well as trying all different types of diet plans. No matter what I did I seemed to slowly gain weight the older I got. However, after hiring PD Mangan I found myself working out way less and not constantly thinking about each thing I would eat while the weight melted away. He has a very good program that is easy to understand. He was also very responsive if I ever had any questions.

I found out about many useful studies from this man on twitter/x social network which lead me to lose 20 kg in around 6 months with minimal time investment and effort.

An investment in health offers the greatest ROI
Most of us understand the benefit of investing in education - we invest time and money to learn a skill that enables us to earn more money to pay for life. The only return greater than a financial return like this is a fitness return that extends our life and extends the quality of our life. Despite that, many aren't willing to invest a modest amount of money to gain the education needed to achieve it. PD's program is great, not only because of the breadth of information he provides, but also because it's delivered in short bite size modules that makes it easy to consume. The structure also ensured that I continued to have the same success after the program that I had during the program. This has been the best return on investment I've ever had.

I can 100% recommend and fully endorse PD's programme. He totally listed to me and my needs and developed a custom diet plan for me. I am a very picky eater and yet a very appetising plan and framework was developed that I have managed to stick to even 1 year later. I lost over 14kg during the 4 months and have kept this weight off by sticking to the diet plan and also adjusting it slightly by staying within the parameters originally set. In my opinion the key to success is to believe in yourself and stick to the fasting, The training adds a multiplier to the weight loss time frame and is tough but my god you feel good for doing it. Get your family on-board with your diet, plan your meals ahead. Use the money you save on buying bad food/take outs etc and spend it on family days out instead. Everybody wins. PD is an expert, listen to him.

I can't recommend PD enough for fitness, weight, and health coaching. I'm down 60+ pounds. I still use the recipes every week. I feel great and couldn't have gotten this far without going through this coaching program.
PD does nutrition and workouts that will work for anyone
PD was able to elucidate proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle for me to drop 41 lbs. and feel better than I have in years. Along with the weight loss I put on visible and usable muscle through the easiest and most efficient means I've ever heard of. I highly recommend his services.

Adjusted by food / exercise routine for life. I entered my 50s better than 40s thanks in large part to this program. It allowed my wife and I to improve both strength and body composition as well as simplify nutrition.
Much of the advice is something I had heard here or there - so I started from an decent point. However PD's program did two things for us.
* Narrow the focus on the kernel of dos/donts that really matters
* Get some broad insight to put into use over time once the kernel is completely assimilated.
The approach is highly individualized. The correctives were simple and concise.
My adherence was ok, not perfect. I have 2 kids with their own schedule and demands. It doesn't need to be perfect but it is *lasting*. I have a much better grasp of what's right and what's wrong.
I don't know what the future holds but I operate under the presumption that the health care system is more likely to harm me then help, and this program was one of the ways to take matters into my own hands.

Deciding to do the program was the hardest part
Now in my 50’s, I’m on a mission to improve body composition, and P.D. Mangan knows his stuff. He professes a low-carb (not keto) diet/fitness system and lifestyle that extends beyond the program's relatively short duration. The program is thorough, with great communication and extensive information in the form of weekly lessons in both video and written formats. Your motivation will skyrocket. Essentially, I plugged in to a results machine. I loved the simplicity and routine of knowing what to do (and why) — and how to get there on a daily basis. People underestimate how fitness elevates your mindset and resilience. Not only did I lose 23 pounds and 4 percent body fat, but I also experienced improved energy, sleep and confidence.

PD was straightforward, knowledgeable and realistic in his approach to my training. He took the time to learn about me, my history and goals. As a result it was obvious that he put sincere thought into my specific training, supplement and meal plan.

On track after taking P.D.'s 1-on-1 coaching course
I took P.D.'s 1-on-1 coaching course. Before taking it, my diet was low in fat, high in vegetables and soy protein, and I did a lot of aerobic exercises, such as walking, running and biking (35 miles 4-5x/week). I also ate 3-5 times a day. Among the things I learned from P.D.'s course were the benefits of low-carb, high protein diet; resistance training; intermittent fasting and what supplements are good and which are unnecessary or ill-advised. P.D. has done a TON of research. He is very clear in his explanations and provides great references for all of his recommendations. He provides one-on-one advice tailored to your specific situation. His program definitely put me on the right track! At 66 years of age, I am fit, have gained muscle and feel terrific. I never have headaches, have no arthritis, can bend over with straight legs and touch the palms of my hands on the ground, and find my mind is clear and mood upbeat following P.D.'s recommendations. Yesterday I played volleyball and frisbee for 2 hours at the beach with my teenage grandkids and had a great time. My blood test results are all good. I've seen significant improvements in the ratio of my triglycerides to HDL ratio. My heart rate and blood pressure are great. A stranger told me yesterday I looked half my age. I recommend P.D.'s course to anyone serious about long-term results.
