The PDSA is a great place to take your animals, to be seen.
All the staff are respectful and courteous, there are water bowls in the waiting area.
If you're not too sure about treatment, ask them and they will go through with you the plan

The vets and nurses were lovely to me, reassured me and explained every step, took great care of my cat and would recommend them, if PDSA didnt exist alot of us animal lovers would suffer, they are amazing people who dedicate their time to helping and looking after our fur babies, I cannot thank them enough

PDSA have always been there when my dog needed urgent treatment. I don't know what I would do without their help. Staff on reception are always friendly and helpful. The Vets I have dealt with have been amazing. Thank you so much.

We have a vet for our cat and have, up to recently, only needed the Practice for health check, fleaing and worming. However, Mae was recently quite poorly, outside of regular vet hours; we couldn't afford emergency call out and treatment. Therefore, we contacted our local PDSA clinic/hospital. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff, ie nurses + vet on duty that Saturday were most friendly and helpful. This was our first & only dealing with Blackpool PDSA and we were most impressed with the professionalism. We would highly recommend this branch.

When taking my pet to the PDSA I feel confident that I’m not judged for using the service. The staff are always lovely and caring and appreciate any donations that they
Receive. I always leave more than what my bill is for and make a contribution when the bill is free.

The PDSA Bristol have been an absolutely awesome service. Without their support and assistance I wouldn't be able to have a pet. My cat is helping with my mental and physical illness.
I always make the biggest contribution to my pets treatment that I can afford on the day. I also try and donate extra if I can. Their service is invaluable. Thanks Bristol PDSA your awesome 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

What this charity does is incredibly important. To be in financial difficulties but know that no matter what, your fur-kid is always going to be taken care of is priceless.

PDSA are fantastic with my dog Max I wouldn’t get any better treatment for Max if I went to a private vet.
They are very friendly helpful and I trust them completely with Max.
I don’t know what I would do without them, as I can’t afford to take Max to a private vet. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the PDSA.

I just wanted to say thank you. I visited the Margate pdsa with my Cockateil Fred. He had a poorly foot and it was infected. We saw lovely reception staff, a lovely vet and I was so humbled by all you do. What a fantastic charity you are. It's so lovely to know that you can own and love a pet but that when the worse happens and you wouldn't be able to afford veterinary care, that it is available because you are there. So, thank you so much. Fred's foot is healing nicely and he is singing sweetly again. Honestly from the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone behind the scenes, on the front line and everyone inbetween. :)
I think too many people take for granted that there are charities and people around that will help out in certain circumstances and I don't think that your charity and everyone involved are shown the gratitude that they deserve.
So I'm saying it. Thank you.

Mortified is understatement, my dog developed lumps n bumps, I raced him straight 2 pdsa in Boro, obviously ad 2 eggagerate a bit, otherwise I wudnt of got in, I gave £20 donation which I didn't mind in the slightest, I was told that I wud receive free medication but still ad 2 pay £31 and alls it was, was piriton & flea tablets even tho I ad told them I only flea'd him day b4, they never examined my dog, didn't put 1 finger on him, I won't b going back I have now gone private and awaiting my 1st appointment, the donation and prescription I paid 4 amounts 2 less than I wud have 2 pay 4 consultation n meds fee
