Great Customer Service
Decided to learn piano and bought a used Rockjam digital piano which really does do everything a raw beginner could want. Unfortunately a part of the music stand was broken so I emailed PDT who sent a new replacement part by courier totally free of charge. Now that’s what I call proper customer service, especially as I’m the second owner and the warranty is long expired. Great company and a great product, I wish more companies were like this. Well done PDT!

Amazing value and great product, bought my first set of Bongos under £30 with free carry case and was impressed with the sound and quality, customer service was also fast and friendly with help I needed to tune it
