no problems

Ordered Atwood parts on a Thursday, got immediate confirmation that the order was received and that they would notify when items shipped. Never received shipping notification, however I received the items the next Tuesday. I don't think they could have sent the parts out any faster without using a teleporter.
After reading bad reviews, I became concerned so I looked up their location address. They clearly are just forwarding orders to their distributers who then drop ship each order direct to the customer. I have no problem with this, except that they and you are at the mercy of the master distributer and the shipping company. This is out of control of the seller PDX RV LLC. I am in business so I recognize what is going on. Most of the bad reviews were when Covid first hit and the supply chain suffered. I went through this with my company also. My only complaint is that they did not notify me that the order had shipped, which would go a long way to fixing their poor review score. Personally, I will order from them again, and if I have a problem my review will reflect it.

Buyer Beware of PDX Wholesale RV Parts

I purchased a gas valve from PDX RV for my furnace. I used the guide on their website to make sure I was ordering the correct model. Shortly after receiving the valve, I went into the hospital to have my gall bladder removed. Complications due to an infection after surgery kept me there for several weeks. After I recovered, I tackled the project to replace the valve. It ended up being the incorrect valve and did not fit. Sometime in the production of my particular furnace, Hydro Flame changed the valve they were using in the manufacturing process. I found this out by looking at another RV parts dealer website. Their guide noted that before a certain serial number Hydro Flame used one model valve, after that serial number the value was switched to a different gas valve version. I contacted the owner of the company by email and explained the situation. Even though my return request was past their 90 day limit, she sent me a Return Authorization Authorization by email. I filled out the the RMA and returned the valve to them, paying the shipping costs. After the tracking information showed they had received it, I waited a couple weeks to receive my refund. I sent an email inquiring about my refund and received an email denying my return. The reason given.... It had been returned after their 90 day time limit. The reason I am upset is that they sent me the RMA form, giving me permission to return the valve and now they are refusing to refund my money. They have the incorrect value I returned and they still have my money. Not a reputable way to do business!!! They knew the date I had purchased the gas valve and issued a RMA to me to return it. If there was a problem in any way in returning it, why then did they email me the RMA? I will never do business with them again. Fortunately there are plenty of honest businesses to order RV parts from. Beware of this company. Do some research. There are many negative reviews about them all over the internet.

Best price and great service

I ordered a thermostat/controller for my motorhome Coleman-Mach dual heat pump. We were experiencing 95F weather in March in Mesa, AZ and needed this part to fix our air conditioner. It was shipped quickly, arriving in 3 business days, and worked perfectly. Best price I could find and good service. Highly recommended.
