I waited almost a month for my sports top. Finally gotten a badly sewn one. With extra stiff seam protruding out at sides, it doesn't look and feel comfortable! It was so different from website's. They only offered a credit voucher of $20 for my next purchase. There is lots to improve on, peaceful energy!

I purchased the first time in March 2020, it finally arrived in June. That may be due to the COVID 19 when shipping is massively delayed. During that period I wrote to them, but they kept asking me to wait. Just at the end of May, I emailed them saying if I still don't receive the item I would expect a refund. But they practically just ignore my email. Thankfully, the item finally arrive a week later in June. The sizes came a little too small but overall it wasn't bad quality.

I decided to give them a second chance and make a purchase. They sent me a shipping tracking number which is invalid. I wrote to them they replied saying they will come back in 2 days's time but nothing. I sent them a second reminder again. I hope my items will arrive. But I think this is the last straw, I won't be buying from them again. It seems like it is not the shipping company, but their operations issue

Dreadful company. If you’re fed up waiting for your order and sick of their ‘we’re a small company, please bear with us’ responses, then here’s a tip. I spent an afternoon blowing up their site with this ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. copied and paste it to every single item on their site. Within a couple of hours of doing so I had a full refund in my account from them. That’s what it took! But it worked. At that stage I’d waited over 4 months for the goods, they are schisters

After a month of waiting with an “incorrect shipping number” and “invalid tracking”... it arrived. I wish I could paste a picture of the item, so y’all know what you’re getting. I ordered the padded sports bra tank top and it’s a good fit. I ordered a small, it’s good material like yoga pants. Fits well, holds up nice when I went on my run. Was it worth the wait and would I buy from again? HELL NO. If you’re someone waiting for an order, just hang in there. It will eventually show up 🙄

I highly recommend that people do not buy from this brand. They have awful costumer service. My package was first lost and then arrived months after I placed the order. I explained that I would be moving as of the end of June numerous times and once the items finally arrived in the first week of July, they basically told me to suck it up and solve the issue myself (in slightly nicer and faker words of course). I have tried to deal with it on my own but Canada Post only reroutes if the business reaches out. I have asked for them to help so that I can get my items but they are offering zero assistance. They take your money and run and don’t care about their customers. So, I’ve spent over $100 and in the end I don’t have my items. Thy have been very passive over email as I am trying to resolve the issue and are offering me no help or suggestions. Definitely without a doubt not worth your money. I would for sure go elsewhere.

I truly believe this is a fraud !
It has been over 4 months now since I ordered the items and they have still not arrived !!!!
They keep telling me to be patient and they are working to get the package delivered to me and ignore my requests for a refund !
What a mistake I made ordering from them ! And I can see I’m not the only one !
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they are very dishonest and not serious at all ! Never had a worse experience than this on in my all life !

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy from this site. I ordered 1 item in April and I still haven’t received it.
They continually ignore my requests for refunds. I do think this is a scam.

Reported them on econsumer.gov, by ICPEN. The product wasn't that bad but when I followed the instructions to return the products to them, they never processed my refund. So I lost the money and the products, plus the shipping fee to return the goods. How can they still be in business, should have read all the reviews first, feeling so stupid falling in this trap.

Took forever to send, then never got delivered, and they are claiming to not be responsible for it never being delivered and refuse to give me a refund

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing items from this company. My order took over two months to arrive, and when it did the items do not fit according to their size descriptions. The quality in the top is okay, but the leggings are highly seethrough and definitely fit much smaller than what was stated. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

This company is a FRAUD. Don't purchase anything from them. My order does not arrive after almost two months. They offer no solution but providing me with a tracking link that does not exist. I want to cancel the order but they won't listen. I am placing a complaint with lawyers from the Consumer's Organization so that they handle this unpleasant situation.

I am very happy with my purchase.
Although it took around 6 or 7 weeks it finally arrived and i really like the material and its well fitted.

I'm so glad it wasn't a scam in the end as i was so concerned about how long it took to arrive. At one point i had just accepted that maybe it would never arrive.
Which is why i felt obliged to write a review in support of this brand.

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE. I’ve waited for my order for 3 weeks. When it finally arrived, one item was missing, one was ripped and everything arrived without tags but there was a piece of plastic inside indicating someone must have removed it. When I raised the issue the order was incomplete I was asked to prove it by sending the picture of the label with the weight of the parcel (ridiculous as it was sent by Royal Mail and could have been investigated internally looking at the proof of postage). I have not received any refund but instead, after couple of days was promised the remaining order was on the way to me. It arrived after another 3 weeks. Soooooo not worth the money and the time. Please avoid this brand!

After many weeks of waiting 4 with a tracking number that wasn't existing, they told me they would send me another batch.
After telling me "the tracking number might take a little while to be updated". Yes, that takes 24 hours, not 2 weeks!

I insisted then that I didn't want the item anymore, that I wanted to cancel my order.

They saw my cancelling mail and answered "it will leave in 2 days and be by you in a out 2 weeks". I insisted heavily wrote them emails and Facebook messages to cancel.
I did not what them to send an item I had to pay to send back if it arrived one day.

Then today, after 6 messages of cancellation, they tell me "your order just left, we are sorry you wanted to cancel but we were so eager to get your item to you" . SERIOUSLY???
They are actually forcing their item on me.
And tell me I can send it back when it arrives, but I have to pay for the shipping myself.

They are robbers. Avoid that company at any cost.
I am filling a complaint form at my bank against them today.

Item arrived exactly as described, happy with quality but took a lot longer to arrive than I expected (around 9 weeks).
