Ordered 2 expensive items. Both didnt work when charged. Returned both for a refund within the time without use. They said one was broken the other not. I emailed saying that i wasnt satisfied and wanted a refund, but said they couldnt give a refund unless it was broken, which appears to go against their policy and law! They returned one of the items, even though i stipulated i wanted a refund. They have stopped responding to emails. Lots of money wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... because if you decide you dont want the item you wont get refunded.

One day and already punctured. Out of two items. Only one has turned up. That’s possibly not your fault but I may as well have through my money down the drain

I bought this item in mid August and it arrived in good time and looked ok. I have returned within the deadline as it was expensive and I had found the same product cheaper on line. The item was returned in good time, however it’s been hard reaching them and refund has been slow.

Ordered a couple of items, one of the items wasn’t the same one I ordered and said different on the invoice paper from the actual product I had purchased, this replacement one looked a lot cheaper and I wasn’t even informed that the item I had ordered wasn’t in stock. The second item was a bodystocking that was over £50, it was cheap-looking and one part of it looked like it would even tear as it was that thin. Had a look at different websites and found EXACTLY the same one including the same pictures for under £20!!
The customer service was ridiculous to try and get a hold of someone and was told I had to print off a returns form, which I had to pay over £2 for as I don’t have a printer, only for them to say after all that trouble, that I didn’t need to print it off and I could just write it. This website isn’t the greatest and I would advise not to purchase anything from here!!

Appalling customer service. Ordered a product in April. It arrived but did not work. I have been e-mailing ever since and had no response at all. I’m still waiting three months later.

I will not give even one start. This website is just scam. I ordered items and send them back immediately as it was very small size and not reply from them and no refund. Don’t buy from this website.

Ordered item 11/3/21, received automated acknowledgement. 22/3 [11/7 on] had heard nothing. Complained by email. 24/3 [13/7 on] Still nothing. Emailed to cancel order and get full refund. 25/3 email from them asking me to ring them [why? At my expense?] I replied by email insisting on cancellation and refund. They replied asking again for me to ring. I emailed again asking for cancellation and refund. That's THREE times I insisted on cancellation. No reply. 20/4 [40/7, yes FORTY days after order] got email saying item had been posted. They clearly haven't heard of the LEGAL requirement to cancel orders when instructed, and to keep customer informed. Will NOT be buying from them again. PS Ordered similar item from another company 24/3, it was sent out on 25/3 and arrived 27/3 [3/7]. Which would YOU choose?

I have warned you previously to stop spamming my business with your unsolicited email. I am getting extremely frustrated with your spammy emails in my inbox every time i go in it. I do not want to sell your products nor will i ever want to as i have my own reliable sources. You were warned several times so maybe you will take note when when i file legal action.

Reliable company. I ordered a few lingerie pieces about 4 times now and all was great. Shipping can be a bit slow when the items are out of stock but the customer team keeps you updated which is helpful.

Made an order on Sunday and realised I selected the wrong item so I sent an email. I did also ring at 8am Monday morning when they would be processing orders and they told me they could not change it. I would have to wait for it to arrive and send it back when the bloody thing hasn’t even been dispatched. I won’t be using this company again.
