Very reliable service with great quality hampers. Everything arrived on time and the contents were delicious. Perfect for gifts.

Products are good and the hamper baskets look lovely. However, business customers should be aware that delivery may not take place within standard office hours.

We received incomplete tracking information initially, with the correct details only provided after querying. Despite clearly confirming a business address (9 am–5 pm), delivery windows were repeatedly updated to after-hours slots, making receipt difficult without staff staying late.

Customer service acknowledged the issue but advised that no corrective action was possible, while implying that the situation resulted from our own delivery changes.

Nice products, but delivery coordination and communication need improvement for B2B orders.

SO easy to use for ordering corporate hampers. Trying to find client gifting solutions when ordering / delivering to multiple addresses is a total minefield but on Peach Hampers it couldn't be easier. The team have supported us for two years in a row now ordering hampers for our top partners and I couldn't recommend them enough. Also - super supportive when you need help with ordering questions. 10/10

Very disappointed. This was my second Christmas using Peach for client Christmas gifts, but I won't be returning. I was so impressed by both the hampers and the customer service in year one, but the quality of both seems to have dropped significantly.

Due to an error in the checkout process one of my hampers was delivered to the wrong address. The checkout literally changed the address prior to the order being completed, which Peach admitted to after I shared a video demonstrating the error.

Peach's position is that I should have spotted this error in their checkout process (despite them not spotting it) and corrected the order. Or notified them after it was placed, despite them not confirming delivery addresses in the confirmation email - which seems essential when you have a product based on the idea of shipping to multiple addresses.

Rather than rectifying or helping me resolve in some way, they offered a 25% discount if I ordered and paid for a replacement to resolve the problem caused by an error in their checkout. When I asked if they would at least split it 50/50 with me so that I could get it resolved (which I thought was very fair and the least that could be offered), they declined.

Given this poor service and the fact that the hampers were slightly disappointing this year, I shall not be back.

If you do order hampers to be shipped straight to recipients from Peach be VERY careful. As another reviewer said, their checkout is horrible to use and there are a number of traps that Peach will not help you resolve if you fall into.

2 stars as some of the goods in the hampers are very good even if the service isn't.

The products seem good but the UI of checkout is really terrible and will keep loosing all your custom information. There's also never any answer when you call the phone.

Please solve your website to make it more user friendly for people to checkout...

We recently received Christmas hampers from this amazing company, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Every aspect of the experience was exquisite, from the thoughtful design of the outer and inner packaging to the superb visual presentation. The attention to detail was exceptional, with each hamper individually packed in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure safe transportation and minimize the risk of damage.
The prices are decent and well proportionate towards quality.
Their team was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process. They were prompt in their responses, courteous, and genuinely helpful, especially when collaborating on the development of the artwork. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shines through in the quality of their products and their customer service. The order arrived on time and I have received regular updates on the ETA- which everyone knows is a miracle around Christmas!

I ordered two hampers - good quality products and the customer service is outstanding. I had a small issue with one of the hampers but the team quickly resolved it. I highly recommend and would use Peach Hampers again.

I didn't want to write a review initially as I wanted to keep Peach Hampers to myself as my secret awesome go to hamper company, but that would have been extremely selfish of me. So here goes...
I had a budget of £50 per person and about 23 people to buy for. My original company choice had run out and after much googling I found Peach. As I didn't know them I called first to see if they could help. Within 5 minutes Teasha made me feel at ease and I was desperate to place my order. We did this via a spreadsheet upload with my staff, the dates for delivery and bottle choice. So so easy to do. Then I was able to personalise my boxes too which was flipping amazing.
Then amex called me to check that I had indeed spent over £1k with this company and I got a bit nervous, so contacted Teasha again who replied instantly. All my hampers have now been delivered and I'm getting loads of amazing comments at work and very very excited staff. Just amazing. Thank you. I WILL be back!!!
