Nicco - the Realistic Robot Puppy

I ordered Nicco - the Realistic Robot Puppy which was promoted as being designed by Master Engineers in Germany and, despite the adverts claiming the 'ultra-realistic robotic dog has 99.9% similarity to real dogs, is powered by AI, has playful movements, adapts to you overtime and responds to your command, all it does is bark and move backwards and forwards. Very, very disappointing.

Zero rating

Zero rating! As so many others have reported, these ‘leggings’ are made of thin, cheap material, that have more in common with a pair of tights, than leggings. They haven’t the properties to lift a grape, never mind a peach. If I could give zero, I would. The company steadfastly refuses to give me a refund even though it clearly advertises ‘returns/refund’ within 60 days. I emailed them straight away with my complaint and continued to pursue them for 3 months. None of the replies I received were signed off by anyone working for the company, always anonymous, no ownership. Their replies completely ignored any questions I asked and only gave the same robotic response offering to replace them, or, as on two occasions when my patience ran out and my replies reduced to one line simply asking for a refund, that they would ‘look into it’ and get back to me - which they never do of course.
As I pointed out to them, why would I want more of the same product, when that product doesn’t do what they advertise, which is the reason I wish to return and get a refund in the first place? I just want my money back. The whole premise of their advertising is that this product provides an impressive lift. It’s obvious the moment you open the packet that the material they’re made from isn’t capable of providing the kind of support required to provide any kind of lift. Meanwhile, they continue to make sales through advertising based around the leggings providing an impressive ‘lift’. All the time they’re making money and by refusing refunds, keep that money, even when the customer is clearly unsatisfied with goods inferior to all expectations.

I would be giving this a 0 start if…

I would be giving this a 0 start if there was the option. I ordered 2 pair of leggings from Peachlift in August, the quality was terrible, they were completely see through and I have been trying to email regarding a exchange at least 6 times over the past 4 months (it is now December and still have not heard back from them. Considering how much the leggings cost I would expect them to be better quality. Peachlift please come back to your customers. Very dispointed

Do not order…

After contacting them about a problem with my order I was offered a full replacement or refund. I was impressed with the speedy response from them despite the product being terrible.

Sadly I was very mistaken. Two months on still no refund and no replacement and I am getting ignored.

Now I am referring to trading standards and taking legal action to get my money back.

So DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE (if that was possible)

Thinking About Filing A Lawsuit

I have been emailing the company at info @ thepeachlift . com (spaced out for posting purposes) as they state to on their "contact us page" to obtain instructions on returns and exchanges to no avail. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and you should as well. If I don't receive a response from the company I will look into filing a lawsuit and may solicit others similarly affected to file a class action lawsuit. I am an attorney and have no problem doing so.

Terrible quality and customer service

Broke in the first wash- when I emailed to ask for a refund they told me they would send me a new pair. I told them I’d prefer a refund as the quality was lacking for the price. No response. Somebody needs to shut this company down. I have reported them as a scam to Facebook and instagram but they are still advertising on there 😢
