quality for the price is not worth it

The quality for the price is not worth it. The marketing, photos and website are immaculate and I wonder if most of the money is being poured into those aspects. I’ve found that the quality ranges from piece to piece - I’ve found that my Kernel Velvet jumpsuit is thinner and poorer quality than expected and the stitching is…ok. The Simone Jacket, however, is great quality - but you could find something similar for half the price. The shipping was fast so I can’t fault that. I’m all for supporting ethical fashion but expected higher quality pieces at that price point.

Poor quality but fits nicely

Ordered the June jumpsuit 3 weeks before christmas as there was a 2 week shipping guaranteed at the time. I live in Manchester so not too far from London, I bought the item to wear on my Christmas trip. Didn’t arrive on time even after flagging it to the costumer service team several times. The quality of the jumpsuit it questionnable, it fits nice but seems were coming appart as soon as I opened the package. I have worn it a maximum of 5 times and two buttons have already snapped off.. The price definitely does not reflect the quality of the garment.
