Provide FULL DISCLOSURES--upon sales-- regarding your companies policies on equipment leased insurances & property taxes. The Agent for Regional office supply & equipment companu (Mr. Clyde) DID NOT provide full disclosures of added fees regarding my contract, then proceeded to sell me an additional unit which couldn't be used for the purposes intended for my company. I was mislead and the company refused to switch the unit for something compatible for my needs. now I am having to pay for an additional unit that cannot be used for the purposes, I clearly said I would need an additional unit for. I feel that this company leased me this second unit bizhub 368E--with the option to buy back for $1 at the end of my lease --knowing full well that this unit could not support the software I would be using to process & scan my work with Dept of Motor vehicles. I was totally mis lead & I have NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO MR CLYDE SINCE. ALL I HAVE RECIEVED IS THE CONSTANT RUN AROUND.

The best company for equipment my sales Rep Irene Duffy, she's the best i was glad i worked with them on my new equipment purchase. Very processional and she answered her phone every time i called i will definitely recommend Marlin to any business owners looking for equipment financing. Thank you Irene.

They made what could have been a very stressful mortgage process so pleasant and easy to work through, despite bumps in the road and surprises around every corner.

On the front side, Marlin was great to work with; especially Loretta - first rate service. I've had various loans with them. But then...

At one point in time Marlin (apparently soon to be Peak Solutions) had fairly good customer service, a few years back. About a year before COVID things started to go downhill; once COVID hit all bets were off. At 2.5 years later it's even worse.

Case in point; 2 years ago I told them the equipment they keep sending me tax bills no longer exists. I told them this last year and again now. I did manage to get a very nice woman on the phone last week (yes, she worked in sales - like I said, great service on the front side) and she said that she would refer it to a manager and I would get a confirmation email. Nope, no email.

I called back today - yes to sales because they wont answer any other line - after speaking with a very nice gentleman he put me into a que. I was #16 and my expected wait time was 45mins. At 18 mins into the call I was still #9 and the time had gone up to 51mins.

I would strongly encourage you to look to other avenues.

Our experience with Marlin Capital has been good so far, we had a very short time frame and the support provided by Henry was excellent and very quick to get the fund on time.

Marlin capital sucks monkey. This place is charging tangible taxes for equipment that isn’t in their facility. So customers are paying their taxes for them. But the Equipement is still considered theirs so why not pay for it yourself? Also stupid late fees? If I received my bill 2 days before it’s due and send it off right away that isn’t my fault. It has happened a lot lately. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with this company. Stay far away before you get screwed. Making customers pay your taxes isn’t cool. Also good luck with getting someone on the phone because that isn’t happening. Been on que numerous times with a couple minutes left and wait for over an hour just so they can put you back on hold. That should tell you that if you’re number 20 in line that other people are having the same issues. Marlin Capital YOU SUCK!! Come get your Equipement before I charge you storage fee

Firstly, Marlin sucks! Good luck getting them on the phone. I've heard the same annoying ring back for at least 3 days straight. I've been caller number 1 for so long that the answering machine kept repeating itself.
"All agents are busy assisting other customers" BS!
I'm rolling my eyes right now.

The whole process was quick, from approval to funding and Irene did a great job with communicating throughout the process. We will not hesitate to use her again!
