Respect of individual will and preference
I have expressly requested a categoric discontinuation of the many calls, texts, and emails received from this company.
I acknowledge that I used this service once and received a rebate relatively efficiently. I have no problem with this and wish them well. However, after I removed their third party authority from my revenue account, and following a specific request for them to cease contacting me, the communications continued.
It is integral that private companies respect the will and preference of customers past and present. This company, up until this point, does not seem to adhere to these standards of practice.

To provide clarity, please note the last email you received from us was on 18/11/2024. At this time, you had not opted out with us for calls and texts. We are unable to see any correspondence sent to you once you opted out of communication. Please note opting out does not mean that we cancel your claims, it just means that we will not email or text you.
Additionally, when you removed the authority from Revenue, this is not an instruction for us to cancel your claims. We would need to know directly from you to be able to cancel any claims, however we are unable to see any instruction to cancel from you.
We have now cancelled your claims as we now know from your review that you have cancelled. If you have in fact received further emails from us after the 18th of November, please contact us via email to help@peakaccountingsolutions.com.
In any event, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take feedback very seriously and if you are still unhappy after our attempt to resolve the matter, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team on the details you have, or alternatively, please provide a convenient time for us to get in touch with you between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
