We are the fraud of victims as without our authorisation these people claimed tax and told that we provided consent.Its a kind of fraud activity without real signature.So we advice everyone to avoid from this scam .Without asking permission they are changed our details and claim the amount from the account with fake signatures. So all of them aware about this scam in future .

To provide some clarification, our records show that you completed the signing process online, and your documentation was promptly emailed to you upon signing. All communication has been conducted through the same email address you and your partner used during the sign-up process.
As part on our onboarding process all customers are sent a welcome email which includes a copy of all documentation you have digitally signed as well as a comprehensive explanation of our service and terms and conditions.
We can also see that the service was concluded and once we explained how you and your partner signed up to our service, you were paid your tax rebate in a timely fashion. From the information we have provided you as well as facilitating your refund to your account, it is clear our service is genuine and one you and your partner signed up to.
Nevertheless, we take feedback very seriously and we have made several attempts to contact you by telephone, email and our CHAT service to address and resolve this for you, but unfortunately, we have not been able to reach you.
To expedite the resolution, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team on the details you have, or alternatively, please provide a convenient time for us to get in touch with you between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Our team is committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
