As stated by Royal Mail themselves, an item sent via their 2nd Class/48 service arrives at the destination within 3 working days - in 98% of cases.
Unfortunately Royal Mail themselves do state that on rare occasions it can take up to 10 working days to deliver parcels due to delays in the postal system.

Love these products!
I had a problem with my order, I didn’t receive an order confirmation even though the money had been taken from my bank account.
I contacted Peak House Aromas and they sorted it all without a problem, communication was great and they were extremely helpful.
Love the diffusers have purchased both for myself and gifts. Products are so reasonably priced and look a lot more expensive. Packaging is beautiful, and great that it’s a local company.

Lovely fragrances that really last, the boxes they come in are really expensive looking would make really nice gifts. Only gripe is they take a while to come.

My only gripe is that you don't supply diffuser liquid separately. This would support the environment by reducing the waste on the glass bottles and reeds and make me a very happy customer!!!

I ordered for first time on 26th June. Despite many emails the order has not arrived 6th July. They promised it would be here today but no tracking from Post Office. I have asked for refund as this was meant for a gift, but they will not reply to request. Huge disappointment, never again.

Hi Joy, thank you for your feedback. we're sorry to hear you are not 100% happy with our service. We have advised deliver will be by the 6th July, it could be possible that your order is delivered by the end of today as this depends on your local post office.
As you selected Standard Shipping at checkout, this was sent via Royal Mail 48, which is not a tracked service as such. The 'tracking number' is just a delivery confirmation so is not a true tracking number that provides end-to-end tracking. It will update once the order has been delivered or delivery has been attempted.
Upon checking your account, I can see you have requested for a refund at 9.42am and a reply was sent at 2pm stating a refund has been issued. Please note, our response time can take up to 24 hours but we do try our best to reply in a timely manner.

A really light, pleasant smell for hall, lounge etc.
Someone bought me the coconut and lime and I thought it was the best house smell ever. Just ordered two more as expecting guests at the weekend! A really light, pleasant smell for hall, lounge etc.

I ordered some wax melts for the first time, paid extra to get quicker delivery but they came on normally delivery. They also don’t really smell much in my electric warmers or burn very well.
