Great opportunity to meet people and network! Great information to learn and use them in case studies. I would give it a 5 if we can encourage people to write down their questions and have moments (5-10min) throughout the workshop just to just answer those questions just to stay in task. Everything else was great!

So much value and learned so much! Highly recommend if multifamily is something you want to get into!

I felt like it was bait and switch. You were showing us the other side of the fence while holding the keys to the gate. Can’t get in if you do t pay 40k

The training is awesome and geared for all level of knowledge to follow along. I was able to grasp everything rather quickly. I enjoyed Mr Scott the speaker, and the other 3 mentors, Ryan, Jacob, Cory and Sophia. I look forward to a lifetime relationship with them!!👍🏾

As someone with real estate investment experience, I was not impressed with the level of education I received, although what was delivered was extremely necessary information, it was not structured or in depth that I was looking for $1,500. The instructor, although extremely knowledgeable and personable (a great guy, actually, as well as the entire team) jumped around continuously throughout the workbook, for the 3 days of training. I am certain there was a logical reason for this, however, for me I would have liked a more linear, structured learning process. Maybe the success rate is better in the way it was done. But again, I would have preferred it the way described earlier. Speaking of success, I left feeling I paid $1,500 to be pitched a $40,000 network. I believe the network is extremely valuable, and one that I may eventually join (@the $40,000) but i am extremely disappointed that I paid for the offer. Too much time , and I am probably being generous when I say 30% (it was perhaps half on some segments) was spent on selling the network. Huge disappointment. I have never been in a situation where I paid to be sold.

I had been in Multifamily Real Estate training and so far the Multifamily Mindset training is the most complete with the training and build up support to go through the process.

I had an amazing time at the three day workshop. Meeting new people with a ton of experience in multifamily. Learned a lot, not just about the real estate but the mindset part. Awsome!

Jim the speaker was able to connect with all of us in such a way that it not be easy to walk away without gaining a friend/mentor. The rest of the staff were wonderful and very open.

Learned a ton of knowledge that is gonna help me a ton on my journey, but the mentorship program they are selling is just too expensive for me, and I know the price pushed others away, too. This business also isn't for everyone, but I am definitely gonna circle back in a few years.

let me start by saying I’m having a lot of medical issues I went to your seminar and understood what was being talked about I asked a lot of questions. How why when what it took things of that nature I asked before I paid cash in full the price of the classes how much money is it gonna take to get to the point of flipping apartments I was promised and guaranteed that it wouldn’t take no more money to be able to start flipping apartments. I have a lot of medical issues. I’ve been out of work for over six months. I’m not able to walk very well not able to secure any other kind of income however I took out a loan just to do this class just to find out I need a 40 more grand just to be able to secure resourcesnow I’m still having medical issues and instead of being able to take a loan out to help with my bills I’m having to pay on the loan that I took out for this class
I will be telling everyone I know not to get into this that is just a way to write you in to pay more money. You should be upfront with people and tell them that you can learn how to do it, but you don’t have access to the resources to be able to complete this

The MFM workshop was three days of great information shared to a group of good people. Jim Anderson and his team (Andrew, Aaron, Corey, and Tiffany) shared their wisdom in developing the MF mindset. Jim's excellent facilitation was genuine, authentic and inspirational. The 4 keys to success of (1) having a positive attitude, (2) be part of the MFM family, (3) immediate action, and (4) have a definite purpose was what Jim and his team focused the 3 days on. To me, the return of investment for the 3 days can be extremely valuable. I am very satisfied with and trust what was shared; it has the potential to transform my life. Thank you Tyler, Jim, and the MFM network for providing me with access to your family. Although due to current circumstances with my professional life, I do plan to stay connected until the circumstances change and I'll be able to take immediate action. The process, if followed "to the T," can yield great results in your life. Life, in itself, is a process...trust and believe!

Eric Chadderdon and team were phenomenal! Eric’s presentation style and delivery of the training content made it simple to follow along, understand, and easily grasp the concepts and principles. There was never a boring or dull moment the entire 3 days! Even when we needed help with solving case studies, the Multifamily Mindset Team was so helpful, patient, kind and always professional. The team made sure we felt comfortable working through our assignments! They were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and Eric and Team were all transparent, I never once felt they were “sugar-coating” any answer! These are definitely the ethical and genuine quality of people I want to be associated with in business! A big shout out to my guy, my strategist, Jim Bohm! Man, what a nice and pleasant gentleman. I loved that no one was pushy or in salesperson mode, just genuine, sincere, and caring individuals all around who made sure we understood the power of these real estate strategies! Shout out also to our sweet lady Jules (sp)! She treated us like we were longtime friends! They all did! Looking forward to next steps!

The entire time spent was leading up to a sales pitch from the very beginning. This was quite obvious. Sales pitch would be fine if less time referencing that and more time spent on the course work was spent up front.

I attended the introduction Seninar for The MultiFamily Mindset, then attended the workshop…I must say, “I am impressed with the training and I can’t wait to land my first deal!” The strategies are put in place, the work just needs to be done. This is Day #1
