Premium customer service and products
My order arrived with a missing item. When I wrote to address this, I received a very fast response, followed by the item being quickly replaced with no questions asked and only handled with courtesy and kindness. I absolutely love all the products I have used and continue to use (and get compliments on my skin) but the customer service is absolutely top of the line.
