I asked for a refund, and got nothing but excuses. Instead of the refund I requested I received $40.00 credit. I had already bought my wife another, better table. Beware of this terrible company.
Took months for the item to come. The box came damaged. I didn't open it. I requested I ship it back as it was a Christmas present. I could no longer use asked. for a refund and they cannot refund it.
I ordered a jigsaw puzzle table that rotates, tilts and has storage drawers. Three months later I got a tiny table not even big enough for a regular size puzzle, that does not come with hardware to make it rotate, it doesn't tilt. Absolutely useless.
