Terrific customer service

Upon receiving the product and discovering that it wouldn't work for me, I emailed the company, told them the problem, and requested a refund. They IMMEDIATELY responded that a full refund would be issued. Terrific customer service.

Edit: I received my refund that day.

I have ordered a toy and more than a…

I have ordered a toy and more than a month later I had no news. Only I after I wrote to them, they said that the product is out of stock and they reimbursed me. BUT if I haven't expressed my worries, I am sure that they were going to keep my money. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO ORDER SOMETHING
