I am very happy with my order. Both the rings I got came exactly as they looked on line and the shipping was very quick and easy to track. The rings are very good quality. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks now and despite washing my hands with them on, they’re still shining. I’ve gotten several compliments on them by others. I’m definitely going to be buying more jewelry from Pearlory. It’s great value for your money.

Shopping at Pearlory was a great experience! My order arrived quite quickly and was exactly as pictured on the website. It’s great quality for the price and even better that they have such killer sales! I ordered one of the necklaces too long so decided to return for a credit which was a fast and easy experience. I layered the bracelet with a more an expensive brand and you honestly can’t tell the difference. Really impressed!!

Read the return policy! If you got a discount of 40% or more (which everything is always on sale) you can only receive a store credit. The necklaces I ordered made my skin itchy and the Jada chain is only one sided and flips wearing it so it looks cheap and definitely doesn't pass for real gold...now im stuck with $70 worth of jewelry I can't wear because no sense in getting a store credit if im allergic. Also they dont pay for return shipping AND if any of the packaging is not what THEY deem resale quality, you're charged $3 for each package

Ordered from here twice already. I wear a few of the pieces everyday and they haven’t tarnished. Great quality, with weight to it. Shipping is very fast.

Read so many good reviews and people having great Customer service experience but mine was the opposite. I ordered 3 pieces initially to avoid shipping. One of the items I received didn't look up to the standard of the picture on the website. The stone looked kind of cheap so I emailed Customer service to start a return. A BIG MISTAKE. It is better to just trash the item than do a return and get store credit. After alot of back and forth with the customer service rep, I have decided to just let the money go and never buy from them again. For me to use the store credit and get free shipping I need to either spend $65 again or they are charging me $12 in shipping (I had already paid $8 earlier to ship the item back to them).
I still understand the shipping charges and was ready to pay it until I noticed that without using the store credit I am being charges $5.99 for shipping but as soon as I enter the online code they gave me to use store credit, shipping charges increase to $12.
CS rep. Explained that the less the money out of my pocket the more the shipping charges. They treat store credit code as discount code.
Jewelry is decent quality but not worth me going through so much hassle and stress and still loose ~$30 in the process of just returning an item. Would never buy again.

Not really satisfied with the purchase experience and customer service. I ordered an Apple Watch band where the description said it was compatible with “ALL” iwatch Apple Watch. I ordered the 42mm which is the size of my watch. It did not fit. I submitted by request for refund immediately (the website says it must be submitted within 24 hours) and also sent an email to their customer service because I didn’t get a confirmation. It took almost a week to get a response, and I was told that it isn’t compatible with Apple Watch series 10, and watch bands are final sale. No refund or store credit as per the initial email. I asked for it to be escalated as that seemed pretty terrible, so I was offered store credit. However, since you need to buy 2 items to get the 45% off discount, and there is a minimum requirement for free shipping, I decided to just take the loss and not purchase from them again, as I would still have to spend even more money to get any benefit from the store credit. I had also ordered 2 necklaces, which are pretty and I have been wearing, so that brings my previous 1 star review up to 3 stars. Still won’t shop here again

I ordered 2 pieces of jewellery online. The website was easy to navigate with helpful photos, detailed product information, and a simple ordering process. The items arrived quickly in appropriate packaging. There was an unexpected complication with one of the items, but Pearlory provided a solution within less than 24 hours that went above and beyond my expectation. I will definitely check the Pearlory website when looking for jewellery in the future!

My husband purchased a few pieces for Valentine's Day 2025. One of the rings, the gem stone fell out the first day I wore it. I emailed the company to explain that I wanted a replacement and that I did not want to exchange for another item, or have to pay for shipping or restocking as the return policy indicates. The response I got was accommodating and I was sent a replacement ring. One of the gems in that replacement ring fell out less than 2 months after receiving it. I emailed the company advising of the defective quality of these rings and asked for my money back. They responded and advised of not having a lifetime warrant for such affordable pieces. My issue is that the piece was barely worn and was only purchased less that 2 months ago.

I love Pearlory. One of my orders got misrouted, and I was sure it’d be lost for good. I reached out to their customer support, and they didn’t brush me off. Instead, they helped with open a claim and reshipped a new package. Having that level of commitment felt really reassuring. Plus, once I finally got my earrings, they were gorgeous and fit comfortably, so the wait was worth it. It’s nice to know there are still companies that stand by their products and their customers.

It has taken ages to get to me. Today it has finally arrived in my country, and I’m asked to pay a €51.12 customs charge. While buying I was told nothing about a customs charge. I spent about €150 on jewellery and another €50 on top of that? Seriously? They could have at least mentioned there will be a customs charge at checkout. I mean I’m disgusted, and I had high enough hopes for this. Hopefully they respond to my email. So just BEWARE if you’re buying from them.

UPDATE: their customer service is excellent, I will say. They truly do care about you. Just be sure to know your import tax laws :))

Just received these earrings and I love the quality.

I can’t count how many times I’ve been asked for a good jewelry recommendation. Mygo-to answer: the pieces I’ve got from Pearlory. Honestly, I’ve put these rings through somuch spin classes, yoga, cooking marathons, multiple runs through the shower. I keepwaiting for them to show some sign of wear, but they just don’t. I do clean them with apolish cloth here and there. If you lead a busy life and don’t want to fuss over yourjewelry, they’re a solid option.
