Great experience
I found the customer care to be exceptionally responsive. I needed help with getting the right size for a ring and Natalia sent me a sizing guide and also liaised with the maker for me. All very efficient. I would recommend Pearls and Pomegranates without hesitation.

Once again I am very sorry for the issues you have experienced with shipping. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping once we have dispatched an order and are reliant on Royal Mail, the UK postal service, to deliver orders. Although your order was dispatched within the timeframe stipulated on the product listing, and you did receive an email notification of dispatch, it did not arrive in time because of matters outside of our control.
Per my email we are happy to either refund your order in full or send you another necklace. I await your response and look forward to resolving this issue as soon as possible.

The service online was very prompt and efficient. I had to delay delivery of the jewellery because I was going to be away for a few days. That was no problem for the company. The item when it arrived was well wrapped and protected. All in all excellent service from a very friendly company.
