Nothing delivered after waiting a month. Contacted via email and got a bland response saying delivery times extended and no estimate as to when it would be delivered.
Now nearly 2 months since ordered and all responses have stopped.
Started refund process through Pay Pal.

I ordered my pearl gift 8th December and never arrived tried endless 16 times through emails same reply been delivered it did check with neighbours and not found.
They have no phone number to contact just email which seems to be AI no help so if you are thinking of buying from this company don't as if you have a problem they will not help you
Im not sure what happened for other people looking at the reviews but my experience was great. The tracking kept me informed especially over the xmas period so I knew where I stood
Dreadful scam company, there is no intention of delivery...still waiting nearly a month later and they still won't provide details of expected delivery or refund availability.
Never received my goods customer service is shocking, steer clear they just take your money and try to fob you off with its been posted check our dogy tracking info. But will not give any information about who its sent with.
Bought from their Instagram advert. Very slow delivery and when it arrived the box was damaged - the outer packing was fine so damage caused at supplier. Numerous email messages and they refuse to do anything about it at all. Quite disgusted by the level of customer service - I cannot, at all, recommend this company.
