I had the good fortune to work with Doureine as a coaching client. I am not usually very comfortable talking about my feelings, but Doureine’s coaching approach put me completely at ease. I appreciated her ability to listen intently and to ask the questions that caused me to mindfully reflect on my situation more deeply. Doureine has a warmth about her that allowed me to open up and build trust very easily. She was relatable, non-judgmental and made me feel heard and valued. Her background in neurolinguistic programming gives her an even deeper understanding as a coach and I genuinely cherished our time together.
I booked in with Doureine, who asked me to fill out a mini questionnaire on areas that I would like coaching assistance. During the process she guided me through questioning and mirroring and enabled me to reflect on my areas of development with her. She did this in a safe, confidential environment. Doureine’s specialism in coaching women, especially mothers, came through as her particular strength in her sessions.
