I originally ordered a AAA Aoya Pearl necklace, but I found out that my girlfriend's mom had already bought one for my girlfriend. So I cancelled the order a few days later. Sandra handled the cancellation promptly, and was very courteous and professional. Extremely satisfied with how things were handled.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a bracelet and a 24 inches necklace multicolored pearls AAA quality 8-9 mm round pearls with 14k gold clasp. However, the pearls are mostly in 7mm, a few of them are 8mm, only 1 white pearl in 9mm with blemishes on it.
The certificate looks super cheap. The 14k gold clasp has a dent in it, it does not have a 14k stamp on it either.
The company’s address is in the U.S. but it is actually in China. I waited for a month or so to receive my order but it is not like what I expected. I do not even bother to contact them after I read all reviews on Trustpilot. Bad business practices will not last. They plan to sell to you once and that’s it. So do not get in the trap because of nice fancy doctored pictures on their website. You will not get the items like in the pictures they posted. I will NEVER purchase from PEARLSLOVER again.

Great product and service. My second order was not received on time. The customer servicer quick response and provided some links for me to choose the item without cost. I would like to recommend pearlslover's online purchases.

The earrings are even more beautiful in person and the size is what was shown online. They took a bit, but arrived in time for the wedding. The quality of the pearls and gold are perfect. I will be ordering more.

Don’t buy anything from this website. It is a scam. They shipped you fake jewelry from China. On website the California address is fake. They are in China. Stay away.

I couldn't believe how beautiful and elegant my Tahitian pearl ring, set in gold, could be! When I opened the pretty box, I was amazed at the size and quality of the pearl. It was beyond my highest expectations. The price was extremely reasonable, and I couldn't ask for better customer service. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. I wish I could give a 10-star rating!

I bought some diamond and pearl earrings in 18k gold, they were not true to the advertised picture, but still very pretty so it was ok. What I’m not ok with is that the 18k gold tarnished within a month. 18k gold does not tarnish, so it’s either not that or fake materials as suggested in some of these reviews. Not a quality product, will not buy from them again.

It is a scam, don’t use this website. I spent $1749 and they sent me fake jewelry from China. Ether not real gold. They tried to send me another fake jewelry after I send it back to them to get a full refund. It took me 3 months to get refund from PayPal. Be careful and stay away.

Teresa has been extremely helpful in making a special pair of earrings for us, and has previously made beautiful earrings for us. Her excellent, prompt customer service is much appreciated.

I ordered a ring and it unfortunately was not going to arrive the day I wanted it to, so Teresa sent out a different ring instead that would arrive on time. Teresa was very helpful and confirmed to me the ring which was 14kt yellow gold was pure gold.

I recently placed an order with Pearls Lover that included an item I mistakenly had added to my cart...didn't realize it until after I had hit purchase. I immediately emailed Pearls Lover to see if I could cancel that part of the order. Teresa responded quickly, took care of removing the item and ultimately I only paid for one item!! Very pleased with the item and the customer service

Don't buy from them.
Allegedly golden neckless tarnished after a month.
You have to mail it back to China at you expense.
They rip you off on refund with variable explanations.
I mean they just return a portion of it.
There California address on the web site is fake. They are based in China.

She always answered my questions if not minutes of sending the email or within an hour
She was very sweet and offered options when the first ring I chose didn’t work. You will be very pleased when buying from this company.

First of all, it took a month for the items to be delivered. That would be fine, but the items were fake. Like, they didn't even try to hide the fact that it wasn't gold. It looked like metal with stains. What's also really weird, is the fact that the reviews on their own website are all 5star reviews.
My experience with the customer service wasn't the best either. After I confronted them about the fake items, I was given two options. One, to send the items back, which would be about 80 euros for my expenses. These 80 euros would be returned to me as a coupon on their website. Two, they send the items again to me and I get to keep the old ones. Maybe it's just me, but these two options don't make sense. Why would I want to order again, or why would I want the items send to me again when I got fake items to begin with? They refuse to return the money to me.
