Good customer service, great product.

Very happy with the product.. it was a Christmas present for my daughter who hates shaving... she loved it.. excellent delivery time as well considering it’s from overseas.

They have sent the wrong product and received the product after nearly a month which understandable because of covid. They have sent the rest of the missing items.

I loved the application of the wax and how it easily removed all the hair from my skin in one swift motion.

I made the order for my daughter and it arrived in a timely manner, all boxed and she used it straight away very easy to use and does what it says it does all good

Delivery was good & products as stated online. The wax isn’t exactly what l had hoped for as not as good as the salon Lycon wax. It doesn’t peel off as efficiently & as l have sensitive skin it can’t be used for intimate areas.

Order received in good time, my daughter loves the quality of the wax.

Although it took 2 weeks for my product to be delivered I understand this is partially because of the Christmas season. I believe pearlwax could consider using a different parcel delivery service other than royal mail for the UK. Other than that the product itself is excellent, everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with it. With practice I shall improve my technique.

I am really happy with the wax. I was affraid it would be a messy and painfull waxing at home experience, but I had no other choice during lockdown, so I ordered the wax. But it was a good experience because the wax it doesn't stick to the skin, it doesn't break and when you pull it, you can remove the whole wax line, with the hair, and it does not remain on the body. Plus, it did not leave marks on the skin or red dots or anything. And the best part, even on the armpit or the bikini area, it was not painfull to remove it, I can say that it was less pain that in the beauty place. My boyfriend helped me and he did a good job. It was not a messy job after all.
The tweezer is ok, but sometimes instead of pulling the hair with the roots, it cuts the hair.
I just had to wait a bit too much for the package to arrive to me.
I will order again from here. I love the colours of the wax.

Because of lockdown i thought id try the waxing myself... Was told about pearl wax. And i cudnt b happier. Simple easy to use.. Like any wax abit sore to begin with but you get used to it..

From purchase, to delivery and product use everything was very simple and easy to use.

The heater machine is excellent and the wax is great and not painful.

Arrived quick and on time for Christmas and great packaging! Easy to use and wax melts perfectly. I had to buy a plug converter but well worth it. I’ll be saving loads of trips to the salon because of my purchase! Thank you!

It arrived quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately I didn’t have any spatulas enclosed, so had to buy some separately. The instructions are easy to follow, and the wax melts quickly. It was definitely painful but I’m impressed with the result!

Although I haven’t received my package I found the ordering process very easy.
