I have not tried this product out properly as it is a Christmas gift for my partner but I checked it works all fine and everything was in the package which it was. The only dislike I had was the outer package was damaged but that could have been because of it coming from a different country. Got this for my partner in the black Friday sale so was a good bargain for a starter kit.

Good product, easy to use. Did take a while to arrive though. Surpringly got not irritation of skin after use as I would do with conventional wax and strips.

Really happy with my purchase, its so much easier that you can just plug it in rather than reheating the wax many times. I have sensitive skin and this has been really gentle and pain free for me so Im pleased with that aswel. Will definitely be continuing to use 💗

Product arrived quickly, the wax is easy to use and it pain free as the product suggests. I would have given this 5 stars but the fact the plug adapter for UK dudnt work, I had to purchase one before I could use the product. Will be buying the wax again, no more trips to the salon for me!

It’s so easy to use, as now I don’t have to warm up the wax 20 times, instead I can just plug it in the socket. And then to apply the wax it’s so much easier and much less of a miss than normal regular box wax. It’s less wasteful as you don’t have to have strips of paper to take off the wax, instead to can just strip the wax off of your skin. I’m so glad that I bought this because now waxing has become a lot easier and quicker, plus there is much less of a mess is made which lowers my stress of cleaning up after wax. The wax doesn’t leave any residue behind on your skin, so you can comfortably wear your clothes. Whereas other kinds of waxes will leave residue that won’t leave your skin for weeks. Overall the wax is gentle on the skin and I totally recommend getting this with the wax heater; it will make your waxing life so easy.

I had a query as my order which appeared to be late in delivery. I contacted yourselves who were extremely prompt with a reply and very polite. Excellent service. Product looks very nice but has not been used as it is for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was in her wish list. I know she will be delighted with the product.
