Fast delivery, good customer service and I'm very happy with the product. It works very well for me, and wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. very lovely, would definitely recommend!

Works really well, and already so happy with the results, but a little tricky to get the hang of it the first time. So much easier than having to shave all the time and getting red bumps from it. Definitely worth it, just takes a little practice to perfect it.

Great product and excellent customer service! They had forgotten one of the products I ordered, but as soon as I notified them about the mistake, they apologized for the mistake and sent the missing product right away.

Great delivery time but I assumed the product would be better - it is difficult to remove all the wax and it does not take all the hairs. I hope it will get better the more I use it.

My fiance bought it for me and they have taken 4 lots of money out. Refunded 2 lots back 2 weeks later and then took another lot of money from his account about 4 weeks after that. Absolutely fuming and the wax itself isn't great either as it keeps snaping and can be painful when waxing certain places. Wouldn't recommend this company at all 👎

Unfortunately the quality of the Wax is very bad. It is more like a melted plastic. It hardens very quickly so you couldn't apply it properly. It doesn't take as much hair as it promises. So the costs of wax at the end are the same as if I would do it in a professional salon, where it is quicker and you don't have to slouch to get to the places. And refund is a catastrophe. Since two month I didn't get a word.

I've just received my wax and thought I'd give it a go.
Unfortunately the wax is like glue and doesn't peel off properly. Does not remove hair as you would want it. Had to repeat several times to remove some hair.
Having to return it unfortunately!!

Pearlwax offers good deals, the products are pretty okay quality, however it needs lot of practice and good technique to make it work efficiently. As a beginner to hard waxing, it took me a couple days to get used to it.

The wax heater broke after using it maybe 5 times, the quality of the heater is poor. The wax works fine. Doesn't always dry properly (even after 30 sec wait) so you can't pull the wax smoothly in one go, which makes it painfull.

Got broken after few minutes of using it.
Don’t buy it. Rubbish quality
