Easy to use and great result.
Great product and easy to use. I like that you can leave the remaining wax in the heater to use the next time. The smell is a bit strong (I used strawberry) so I would try a different one next time. Some trouble getting in contact with costumer service, but when they replied they were great.

Didn’t expect it to be this good. It works just as you would expect a wax heater to work and the wax is good to as it waxes off all of the hairs. I would recommend.

Good, but could be better
The wax worked great under my arms.
But, it didn't work well on my legs. I used two bags and I still had hairy legs afterward. And I ran out of wax so I couldn't do my thighs.
Will by again for underarms and for the face but will just shave my legs normally.

Good, but could be better.
I like the product and the overall experience, however it would be even better if the pearl bags were bigger in size. I barely got through 1 bag for my one leg.
