when in the what's app conversation you your self mentioned I want an extraction what does that mean. I can easily share proof secondly you visited an other clinic with the same complaint in the same time frame and got the procedure done so in a day you got 2 tooth removed from different places.
5) what you call physically hitting and damaging someone property.

I am writing this to warn everyone about the shocking behavior my colleague experienced yesterday at Pearly White Dental Clinic (First Floor, Office 25 & 26, Zarpar Arcade, D-12 Markaz) with Dr. Hamza.

My colleague booked an appointment over WhatsApp specifically for a consultation only regarding a wisdom tooth. He simply wanted a diagnosis to discuss his options. When he arrived, the staff immediately prepared a surgery kit. A junior doctor examined him and then, without a single word of explanation or asking for consent, picked up a syringe to inject him. My colleague had to stop him and ask exactly what he was doing.

The junior doctor apologized, claiming it was a "miscommunication." However, the senior doctor, Dr. Hamza, walked in, aggressively dismissed the apology, and said, "Koi miss communication nai hui, han hm yehi krty hain." (There is no miscommunication, this is how we do things).

When my colleague called out this highly unethical practice, Dr. Hamza escalated the situation. He became verbally abusive, physically pushed my colleague out of the clinic, and acted as though he was going to hit him, shouting, "Jao jo krna hai krlo, main nai darta kisi se." (Do whatever you want, I’m not scared of anyone).

Attempting invasive surgical procedures without patient consent—likely to inflate the bill—is completely unacceptable and dangerous. We have the WhatsApp chat proving it was booked strictly as a consultation and are filing a formal complaint with the PMDC.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. Always insist on a diagnosis first, and do not let them touch you without a clear explanation of what they are doing.

One of my worst dental experiences. I did not feel properly informed or respected before the procedure, and the doctor’s attitude was disappointing.

Almost injected without consent and abusive behavior when I objected

I came to Pearly White Clinic for a wisdom tooth CONSULTATION only. I booked it on WhatsApp and told them again at the clinic: check it first, and I'll decide later. They ignored me completely.

The doctor told staff to get the surgery kit ready. While a second doctor was examining me, without saying a single word, he picked up an injection and brought it toward my mouth. If I hadn't stopped him, I would have been injected for a procedure I never agreed to. I asked, "hey hold on, mujhy btao tou sahi masla kia hai, aap abi extract krny lagy ho?" He admitted it was a miscommunication and apologized. He was the only professional in that room.

Then the senior doctor walked in and made it far worse. His response:
– "koi miss communication nai hui"
– "han hm yehi krty hain, jao jo krna hai krlo"
– When his colleague tried to apologize: "no koi sorry ni, ye drama kr rha hai"

Instead of addressing a patient's concern, he used abusive language, physically pushed me toward the exit, and acted as if he was going to hit me, inside his own clinic. As I left he kept shouting "jao jo krna hai krlo, main nai darta kisi se."

In my experience, this clinic does not respect patient consent and treats questions as an insult. A doctor who pushes and threatens a patient for asking what is being done to his own body should not be treating anyone.

If you value your safety, think twice before going here. I would never return.
