Pebblehost is such a great service and reccomend it to everyone.

So i been making my minecraft server locally for my friends and thinking about upgrading it to a provider luckily PebbleHost came handy, they have the best prices for minecraft hosting just 1$/GB ram is great and the Pterodactyl UI is so good and clean to use.

But after tons of hours of work on the opening day the players were ungreatful for everything i put into the server...

But overall it was a great thing to use and the refund process is good and straight forward. And the agent that helped me trough the process was Sam is an absolute W

I purchased the $10 a month premium server setup help.

Its been a lifesaver, you'd think i paid for private developers with the response time and patience they have.

Adam from pebble host is THE man. Pebble host is super transparent and helpful while being one of the better server hosts out there that let you completely customize the spec of the server you are renting.

Joe was actually the best online sidebar agent of all time, absolute cinema. My heart goes out to him😘

Awesome, the best support. Never once have I waited more than an hour for a ticket to be replied to. And I dont even have priority support. The team is very awesome. Sam always seems to answer very quickly!

I’ve been hosting with Pebblehost for TWO DAYS and the support is beyond worthless. The staff, especially “Sam,” act like they know everything, but they’re straight-up clueless liars. My server was spiking with MSPT over 100ms, and yet he had the audacity to claim it was “5–6ms” and not an issue. That’s blatant lying, gaslighting, and complete denial of reality.

Everything ran perfectly fine according to Spark Profiler until their server hiccuped, and instead of acknowledging that, Sam kept accusing my mods like a total moron. I even asked him to escalate to someone actually competent, and he couldn’t even manage that. He literally can’t pass the issue to a staff member who knows what they’re doing.

Talking to Sam felt like trying to explain calculus to a brick wall. If you want support that ignores your evidence, lies to your face, and makes you question your sanity, he’s your guy. Otherwise, avoid Pebblehost like the plague. Their infrastructure might work, but their support staff will make your life miserable.

Very good quality and also not expensive. Recommend this over any other server-hosting providers.

terrible policy, i cant refund a service more than once every 6 months even though BOTH times i had a bad experience and decided to try again after the first time. also, having to login and do 2 captchas each time i want to view anything on either the billing panel or game panel is very annoying. i click "remember me" and it still makes me log in.

The server itself is amazing so far. got a 6gb server and it works very smoothly, even though you must pay a 21%tax of VAT. What is extremly bad is that i cannot log in my pebble host account. it happened twice in two days and the first time after many attempts it worked by changing the password and retrying but today even after that it doesn't work. I put the exact details over and over again. Edit: It appears that the server account, billing account and site account have different login details which is very weird and missleading.

Couldn't downgrade my plan. After buying another less powerful instance, couldn't transfer my files. Support is misleading and unorganised

Great minecraft server host but NEVER use them for VPS hosting. Unfortunately someone believed my site was phishing and without investigating they shut down my VPS and blocked me from ever purchasing anything again, including minecraft hosting. They allowed me to recover my files but honestly I expect better from a hosting company.

Greedy service that charges extra for every bit of service (restoring backup etc.). I cancelled my subscription and they shut down my server almost immediately so I couldn't do a backup.

I bought a plan for a Minecraft server on PebbleHost and used it for a while. It was pretty good for the pricing and the support was okay.

However, when my plan ended because I didn't need it anymore, I wanted to retrieve my player and server data only a few hours after the plan was cancelled. I contacted the support team when I looked at my panel and realized there was no way to retrieve it. They said that they had the data available but they would not give it back without me PAYING AGAIN FOR A NEW PLAN again.

They took my money and stopped caring after that unless I gave them more money for the simple ability to get my own data back that I was storing there.

If you care about trust and safety, any other host will probably serve you better.

While planning out my need/options for a game server host, Tom from the support team here went above and beyond to help me.

Not only did he point me to the best option for my situation, he went out of his way to inform me of additional factors that PebbleHost are in no way responsible for that may effect my decision and experience.

This experience left me feeling as though this company cares about their customers experience and not just their money, a rarity in today's world. Thank you Tom!

Great performance but frustrating experience. PebbleHost servers run smoothly with solid uptime and great hardware, no complaints there. However, their anti-malware system keeps shutting down my server, falsely flagging plugins as malware, even ones I personally coded. I opened a support ticket, but the response was unhelpful and basically told me to reinstall plugins from a reputable source. The thing is, all my plugins already come from SpigotMC and Modrinth, which are about as reputable as it gets. If PebbleHost improved their malware detection or gave users more control over trusted plugins, this would easily be a 5 star host.

I’ve been using PebbleHost for my Discord bot for over a year now and haven’t had any issues. The performance has been great, downtime is minimal, and they always keep users informed. It’s also really easy to run multiple bots and connect a database without any hassle.

My answers from Russ and Thomas were answered very promptly, and I love how flexible the service is for the cost!
