The PebbleHost team has been a pleasure to work with, they are very helpful and always prepared to lend assistance to you with any issue you may have. By far the best server hosting platform I've experienced. Some people I could name are David, Russ, and Tom, very easy to communicate with staff I must add aswell.

Great support! Took a little while for a response, but I assume that's because they were reading the server error stuff.

Support is always lighting fast. Prices and quality of the service provided is almost unmatched.

While their pricing is great, I don't recommend this service anymore. I tried to get my server restored from a backup and I lost my manual backups sadly from no fault of my own, and I was charged $9 (incl tax) to restore it. Each restore didn't work and they tried several times. I thank them for trying but I essentially in the end paid for no result whatsoever and they said that they'd have to charge me again to keep on going.

Only buy if you back up in a million places every day or so

I hope it does improve soon. I had lost around 3 months of progress in my Minecraft world and now I need to start over.

I enjoy their service and will continue to use it for years to come, just incredibly upset about this turn of events as me and my friends had poured a lot of time into the world over 3 months.

Cancel automatic payments from pebblehost if you have them activated. It will take time to cancel it because you cant do it right away. You need to request the cancellation. If you dont do it before end of 30 day payment plan then you will be charged again and you cant get refund. They will close your server but wont give anything back

Charged me without authorization. Says I cant refund even if its within 72 hours.

Great server, awesome pricing. Our players were having issue of their isp blocking the host but the support was very polite, fast, responsive and immediately shifted our server to another node and those players could join again. Made my day, thanks.
