Quick, easy, lovely customer service
Booked through a comparison site, so was expecting to be last priority as usual. But I was pleasantly surprised!
Customer service was lovely, I had faced across town but still managed to be late dropping off my keys, the guy at the desk (Chris?) still very kindly accepted my key and went through everything with me there and then - he was super.
Then the next morning I had a call to say my car was ready to pick up! The girl (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name!) that I picked my keys up from, went through the results with me and had a great manner.
They didn't mess with any of my settings in the car which was a relief, and I swear it drives better than when I brought it in.
They gave very fair advice, but didn't try to upsell me anything or say things were broken that weren't.
Overall great experience.

I have given 4 stars because I was told to be there for 8.15am. When I arrived there were no lights on and a notice saying they did not open until 8.30. Otherwise the experience was good.

I had my car booked in for replac3m3nts tyres, and required the car early afternoon.
The staff ensured the work carried out was given priority, and I collected my car by late morning.

Extremely pleased....
I couldn't get an appointment straight away as they were too busy but that speaks for it's self being seen as a trusted garage. I took my car elsewhere and was quoted all sorts of extreme prices for an engine light and to be told that some of the fixes may not get to the root cause. I waited until Pebbley Beach was less busy booked my car in and they got to the root cause straight away and had my car back a day early and my car was running like new. Was extremely pleased with the service and as a bonus they cleaned my car too. Really pleased I waited for a booking. So thank you all for a great service.

Excellent service.
I purchased my car from this dealership and have it serviced and MOT'd here ever since.
They make you feel so comfortable and valued as a customer.
Booking in is usually straightforward and Lloyd on the service deskis always friendly and chatty but also professional and "has his finger on the pulse" so to speak.
I have always had good experiences here and this is why I keep returning.

Poor service
I took my car in for a service and MOT.
When the car was finished it was given back to me with the electronics not working correctly. The cars cameras, parking sensors, central console did not work. I was told it was okay to drive. It was only when I complained that the car was not as I brought it in as for it's service and I need the items sorted that where not working. I was offered a loan car until the fault's could be fixed.
