a me la PEC me l'hanno cancellata

a me la PEC me l'hanno cancellata 2 volte....nel 2023 avevo perso la carta di credito e quindi l'ho dovuta annullare e rifare l'abbonamento con la nuova carta....per poter rifare l'abbonamento ci ho impiegato più di quanto avrei girato negli uffici comunali...non è affatto semplice....inoltre come se non bastasse mi hanno cancellato tutto dopo 30 giorni.....come si fa a cancellare dei documenti in una PEC ??? La stessa cosa mi è risuccessa 3 anni dopo....sempre tabula rasa e ho dovuto rifare una nuova PEC e ho rispeso 5 euro per l'adeguamento della normativa europea.....la cosa più grave è che ho riperso tutte le e-mail.....

Ho attivato pec.libero.it pensavo che una volta pagato era gia attivata illuso mi devo registrare con un uno spid che a sua volta pagare per la seconda volta per avere lo spid che sinceramente non mi interessa
