Patrick & team Pecasa were amazing from start to finish - I'm very happy with the experience and the outhouse. It was built in less than 14 days!
They guided me through project scoping, material selection, planning, and build. They accommodated my requests at each step without any hassle whatsoever. They treat you with respect, and take care of your property and belongings.
The outhouse itself has been finished to an extremely high standard. I've received several compliments from neighbours and visitors alike! Compared to other vendors, you get so much more value for money with Pecasa.

Outstanding quality and energy efficiency
Pecasa built two large buildings for us in our garden, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
The construction quality is excellent, very solid, well insulated, breathable, and warm.
The buildings are genuinely energy-efficient and comfortable to use all year round.
I’ve been involved in building around 10 different properties over the past 30 years, and I can honestly say this is the best energy-efficient building I’ve ever had.
The workmanship and overall performance really stand out.
