First time I’ve ordered from PEC well…
First time I’ve ordered from PEC well what great customer service left fuse spur off order so place second order for just the spur someone noticed and emailed to ask if I would like it added to previous order to save me postage and noticed I had ordered screwles plate which didn’t match the others 10 out of 10 couldn’t be more helpful
Price was very competitive

Half of Packaging Missing - Fluke Pen Faulty
We ordered a Fluke Volt indicator pen from Pass Ltd. When the package arrived half the product packaging was missing but as the pen was in one piece we decided not to make a fuss as the pen only cost about £19 + postage. However, it became clear why the packaging was cut open and half missing as the pen must have been a returned item as it was no where near as sensitive as it should be. We will be reurning the pen - I am completely shocked by this experience.
