Good quality
Due to Corona crisis in air travel, it took some time till the vacuum bell reached me. But this is higher force in a way and not the fault of Pectus International. The vacuum bell fits very well. However the vacuum hand pump got a scar and had to be exchanged after using it for a month. I am wearing the bell since two and a half months now and I can see good results.

The vacuum hand pump cracked after a few months of use. Not super thrilled. Other than the hand pump cracking, everything else is all good.

No response from company inspite of repeated reminders.
I have bought this for my Son, and had written to the company asking for any details or special precautions required. i got a prompt response that no special precautions required.
After a good response from them i ordered the product. but it was shipped to incomplete address. and i had mentioned about the strict customs policy of address. now i have been trying to contact the company but no response and also due to this i have been charged over 250 $ for various penalty and other charges.
i have still not received the product.. will write about the product once i have used it.

The product is excellent it does not hurt due to having the silicone and it is easy to use!
I would just like to suggest that you make a smaller one for Females. As it is rather big and due to having breasts it is hard to position it on the chest to get good negative pressure.

Rubber air pump cracked in less than 2…
Rubber air pump cracked in less than 2 months. Poor quality. The rest is well built, but will not work without having a proper rubber pump.
