I bought a new e-bike from Pedal & Ride. Right from my first enquiry they were very responsive and helpful. Even with the added time for my Cycle-to-work scheme paperwork to be done, I had my bike 5 days after my initial enquiry.
Buying online makes me a little nervous - there is no shop to go to when you need help or things need to be changed. I needn't have worried. There were a few issues (EU charger plug supplied, a loose controller) which were acted on quickly and resolved. Adrian kept me up to date with progress all along, even at weekends.
Altogether a great service - thanks!
