Thank you i have used them for a few days so not seen much at the moment but have read the information and will keep using it to get the full ise of it.

Delivery good , problem being the Velcro on the toe part, keeps coming undone, so having to wear a little sock.

From placing my order #9412 to delivery was smooth sailing, unlike the experience l had recently from an eBay Seller toplin 15 who sent my order and despite saying 💯% refund. The order was wrong and despite not opening the package as l can it was incorrect. Returned by the refund date 09.02.2026 he quoted it was damaged (never opened), therefore not damaged. So in comparison your service was first class and dignified, beyond reproach.

Cheap and nasty chinese product nothing to do with the UK, took a while to arrive and when it turned up no instructions no literature, just in a plastic zip bag, total wate of money!!

The product was received. Reasonably quickly & I was kept informed by email.
I have been using the product every night since I received it but even though it seems secure & reasonably tight on my foot when I get into bed, sometime in the night it becomes loose & last night the big toe wrappings come undone completely.
I will check the instructions again to see if I am putting it on incorrectly but I don’t think I am.

The items advertised on the website seemed very good and I ordered but on arrival they were just in a cheap plastic bag with no instruction or box and looked nasty. It looks like the website is professional done for advertising and then a cheap and nasty product arrived !! I asked for a refund and I had to return them to France which cost me 50% of what I paid for the item but still nevertheless I did accept a refund rather than lose all of my money and paid the postage ! I suspect a lot of people are put off returns because of the expense back to France and throw the item away rather than the hassle but if you read this first just don't bother as it is all completely misleading.

I cancelled my order but still received it as it could not be cancelled even though it was not dispatched.
The customer service department has still not provided me with the return address. They could not do this until I received my order.
I am still waiting.
Avoid this company and products.

Don’t bother. I ordered via Apple Pay and it delivered to my previous address (that’s on Apple Pay). It didn’t give me an option to enter a postal address it just immediately sent to the billing address? I don’t live at the address and therefore cannot get the order. I immediately noticed and emailed the company within seconds. I received no response for two days despite sending four emails. When I did receive a response Claire - the support agent - was useless and incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. There is no option to amend your address or to cancel the order online. The only point of contact is email and they aren’t active 24/7. Absolutely diabolical customer service. It would’ve been easier for me to cancel and reorder but they won’t let me cancel and just shipped the order anyway despite my barrage of emails. Claire’s tone was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. She didn’t try to solve the issue at all and put all of the blame on me. Please train your customer service agents as this is beyond poor.

The correctors kept sliding off after a while and hurt my feet very much did not do any good not worth the money
I would like a REFUND.

The splints came quickly and are well made and straightforward to use. I would have liked a few instructions but I looked online. For example how long to wear them, the exact positioning, how tight they should be, etc

Received my order from Pendineo for splints for my big toe for which I have the start of a bunion. I’m hoping it does the trick but seen immediately when I first put it on that it pulled my toe which made it looked a lot straighter. Time will tell 🤞🏻. I gave it 4 stars as felt it took a bit longer to arrive than expected but the company did keep me up to date with the issue. Thank you for that.

Easy to order and delivered quickly

Great that they are in a pair, as of you only need one you have a spare for when one is in the wash!! Such an easy preventative measure against the bunion becoming worse, and still comfy enough to wear whilst doing stuff indoors so you can train your toe for hours,as you couldn't wear them with outdoor shoes. and fast postage!
