I went into your shop in Halifax looking for some black suede shoes. Despite much searching your very kind staff were unable to source any, but i became interested in a pair of Loake woodstock crrespondent shoes . I tried them on but they were slightly too large. The assistant was very helpful and contacted the warehouse but they did not have a smaller size and she strongly advised that I should not take the shoes but should try the website. I returned home to the Isle of Wight and Ordered the shoes online. They arrived very promptly along with several very welcome additional gifts. The shoes are perfect and much admired.

I am very happy with the comunication before the purchase. I had to make a small change in the shipping address after paying but before the items were sent. Althoug this was on a weekend, I still got a reply and the staff sorted it out. The shipping was also fast and everything worked well. The only thing you might want to consider is some kind of flat shipping rate instead of a standard rate per pair of shoes. Or some kind of quantity discount on the shipping like for example 1st pair 10pounds, 2 pair 15 pounds etc. Another thing as an improvement would be to have directed emails when you have a sale or special offers. To send that to existing customers could be appreciated.

I called pediwear for help regarding the measurements for a "Tilley" hat. The query was dealt with straight away and I ordered online, shortly after. I was kept up to date with the order and it arrived very quickly. The hat was the right size, so all in all, a great service.

When it comes to shoes, I'm very choosey re what I like and I have a wide foot as well, so I'm a bit hard to please. I found Pediwear to be very obliging and they of course offer a fast and reliable mail order service. Alas the shoes I ordered didn't quite fit, so I returned them and received a full refund without being pressured to purchase another pair. I'd certainly recommend Pediwear to would-be on-line shoppers and I will no doubt shop with them again in the future.

Sales are with good discounts. The only inconvenience is the lack of sorting by size: one has to check each item to see sizes available.
