They took 5 grand tried to steal my indentify and still haven't refunded me criminal I've called the police

Toxic company as soon as something breaks. My ebike's motor broke on the second day and it has been weeks of nonsense from pedl. They dropped communication now so that's over 3 grand up in smoke.

I loved it! bought it in February 23 for myself to go to work sometime my daughter was taking it to the park, took me 7 long months to write a review. When my order was delivered the front tyre was flat so I contacted them and they sent me a new one. Customer service was good and friendly. I’ve been using it for 7 months now 5 days a week to go to work 15 minutes daily and never had any issues. Thanks Pedlr

Got my son one for Christmas and it was fantastic but by end of January it broke wouldn't turn on after a month of going back and forth with them they had the broken one collected and sent a new one this lasted 3 weeks and broke been trying to get hold of them for weeks again now no one gets in contact with you don't waste your money on this very disappointing

Faulty rear tire, after just one month I reached out to purchase or to get a replacement tire. No response ever. Can't see this company hanging around for long. To much risk involved and no chance of a return under warranty.

I have been trying to contact the service support several times through email and I haven't got a reply in over a week.

As long as you don't need to contact them, everything is okay. Just after 31 days, my escooter broke down. I have sent several emails to contact them however got no reply. So, what do I do now? Should I contact my bank and ask to reverse the payment? Highly unprofessional. No way to contact them after an incident and no timeframes.

The emails I received were beyond rude, will never use this company again!

Well bought this but not really tried it yet so hopefully it works well for me to use it for short journeys. Looks good for the price. Worth the money.

I have purchased scooter and due to some other issues wanted to return back, I have sent multiple emails but response, No phone number or any other contact given, Bot Chat is useless no responses on it too. Tried with contact us option in website 3-4 times but no response.
Not sure of professionalism part of organization.
I have not yet opened the pack but now I am in dilemma, if I send scooter back, will company even bother to refund money, Not sure which day was that I have purchased from Pedlr, Seems Chinies company

I ordered a scooter and have had it less than a month it broke on me randomly and on there page it clearly states they do warranty . They havnt replied to me once and I have sent around 15 emails and so has other people in regards to me . Do not buy your scooter from here because it will break and they will not help you , even though like I said it states on there page they do warranty .

Service was great..kept up to date with my order...fast delivery ...very well packed and product is perfect...good value for money....i would recommend very highly...will b seeing if my son wants one and will order again without hesitation...many thanks

it's not good when you order it in the description it says something else and when they deliver it to you it's different everything it says take it on their website I don't recommend I'll send it back

This looks like an ok product, but I decided I didn't want it. The vendor refused to honour the returns policy and didn’t acknowledge the distance selling rules. Curious, I unpackaged the scooter to see if I could change my mind, but sadly no instructions and the handlebars were badly threaded in my opinion. I’ve now had no contact from them for a few days.

I have a full auditable email trail to verify this. Also, with hindsight, I’d say never trust a company that doesn’t have a phone number - only a contact form.

Quick delivery, best price on the market and i received exacly what i bought.
I was looking for compact scooter and x6 is perfect match. Can easily fit to back pack and carry to the train. Build quality is perfect for folding scooter. Speed is 24-25km/h battery lasting around 25km as well. Been using it for more than week and really happy for now

Well where do I start. False advertisement of the scooter it's actually a X8 scooter you will get and not the pro 8 one advertised on the website with all the bells and whistles .so you won't get triple suspension, indicators front and back.id be really annoyed if I had paid over £500.as shown on the website and only got a mid range scooter! This one doesn't go 25mph.but i would say between10 to 14mph if your lucky down hill,even on eco mode your lucky to get 12miles distance.other than that it's a good little low to mid scooter for short journeys.
