From ordering to having it delivered the very nextday is just outstanding.
Customer service via email is rapid, literally took a few minutes to get a reply. I had a delivery issue as an item was damaged in transit, CS resolved the issue witout a hassle.

Really great selection of items

Inadequate packing.
I was very happy with the products I bought. Excellent value for money. However 3 parts of my order was plastic bottles of drinks and large cans of drink. plus a box of large chocolate bars. The items were all very heavy. When the postman came with the delivery he brought it to the door in a sack and the address label from the box it was originally in. Fortunately all the goods were there, nothing was missing. I just feel your packing department don't take the weight of items into account before they pack them. The box was obviously not strong enough for my order. I like buying things from your site and will continue to do so and hope I get what I order safely.

Apart from disappearing discounts
Apart from disappearing discounts, majority rip off prices on usually outdated stock and useless customer service they can't even find out what happened to a delivery which Parcelforce seems to have kept for themselves.
It's taken me a FULL year to be able to find an order worth placing JUST to get a credit back for missing items in a package (the second time that happened) back in May 2025. Now it's vanished in Parcelforce and Peeko can't even sort that out.
Beware - check their prices VER carefully or you may well end up paying a lot more for out of date items IF they arrive...
Update; the delivery finally arrived; the box was smashed and contained in a makeshift cellophane wrapper. As the items spilled out of the broken cardboard I checked and found one item was missing. This is the third time over a four or five year period items have been missing - though this time it was probably more to do with Parcelforce than Peeko (the other two times the boxes were unopened so either they can't count or someone there has sticky fingers). Just like my order from May '25 they offered me a credit voucher plus 20%. This time I was experienced enough to know THAT is a route to be avoided. They still have the missing product in stock, but instead of send me a replacement (given they can claim back against the courier in this instance) they say they are "unable to" and promptly refunded me for LESS than I paid - even allowing for the discount I enjoyed.
I give up - they can keep the small difference. I have learned from my repeated mistakes with Peeko - perhaps my warnings may help some people avoid the same fate. A completely dishonest and unreliable outfit which should be confined to the history books...
Your reply... is either ignorant or dishonest in itself. explained that the refund was reduced not JUST by the discount but ALSO the credit - which was what I was owed for your previous short delivery. The so-called "standalone" price is completely irrelevant to that, as you must well know. There are also marketing reason (and discounts which disappear) dishonesty. If you actually cared about honesty and fairness you've have more than ample chance to deal with my issues long before I gave up and put a review on here for others to avoid getting sucked in by your - yes, dishonest - practices.
